A Study On Rural Land Transaction In Taihang Revolutionary Base Area

With the prosperity of modern new historiography,the method of studying history from a bottom-up perspective has gradually flourished.All kinds of historical materials formed from the life of civil society have become an important medium to study history,among which the role of contract is very important.Contract is the first-hand historical data of studying history,especially the life of civil society in historical period,which is of great significance to the research.Since Fu Yiling,the use of contract for historical research has been very mature,but there is still a lack of application of contract research in the base area.With the emergence of a large number of base contracts in recent years,the use of base contracts to study base areas began to become active.After the beginning of the War of Resistance against Japan,the Communist Party of China began to build base areas to carry out the War of Resistance against Japan.The activities of the Communist Party of China in the base areas have had an important impact on the base area society,among which the land of the Communist Party of China and its related policies have had an important impact on the land transactions in the base areas.The revolutionary base area is an important "experimental field" of the land policy of the Communist Party of China.It is necessary to study the specific situation of land transaction in the period of the revolutionary base area.This paper takes the land sale contract of the base area as the core historical data and combines some archives to sort out the influence of the CPC policy on the land sale in the base area and analyze the characteristics of the land sale in the base area.At the same time,by comparing the differences between the simultaneous contracts,this paper studies the great influence of the Communist Party of China on the rural social development in the base areas,compares the differences with the traditional contracts,and studies the changes and development of the rural society in the base areas and the past.The paper is divided into introduction,the trading policy of Taihang revolutionary base area,the whole analysis of land transaction in Taihang revolutionary base area,and the analysis of land transaction in different base areas.Firstly,it introduces the geographical features,economic conditions and the course of the establishment of Taihang area.And the land policy of Taihang revolutionary base area is introduced.The geographical environment of Taihang area is very suitable for the development of mountain guerrilla warfare,which is conducive to the preservation and development of anti-Japanese base areas.At the same time,the economic environment of Taihang District also provides the material basis for the activities of the Communist Party of China.In the course of the existence of the base area,the Communist Party of China has issued a number of major land policies,which have a great impact on the base area.Comparing the land contract in the traditional period with the land contract in the base period,we can see that the land contract in the base period has the characteristics different from the contract in the traditional period,such as the emergence of the new middle people group and the new language in the contract,etc.Through the land transaction quantity,the price,the frequency,the currency and so on,has carried on the overall analysis to the base area period land transaction,obtained the base area land sale has the small amount,the sale object is mainly the same village and the same clan person,the sale frequency increases with the Communist Party of China land policy and so on.In the currency,the use of base-based banknotes issued,which marks the effective management of the base economy.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the land transactions during the Anti Japanese War,the war of liberation and disasters.This paper believes that the land policies and disasters in the base areas are the important drivers of the land transactions in the base areas,and the land policies of the Communist Party of China are the most important driving force.
