| Overseas Chinese teachers are the most important part of promoting the spread of Chinese overseas,especially in the context of the epidemic today,considering personal safety issues,China can only send a small number of Chinese teachers to Confucius Institutes in various countries for the time being.With the lack of teachers in Confucius Institutes in various countries,if a group of local Chinese teachers can fill the vacancy,it would give a big promotion on Chinese teaching career.This essay’s object is the international students of master of Chinese International Education.with their career development together,this paper discusses the current career situation of international students,and give suggestions on the cultivation of local Chinese teachers and the curriculum design of Chinese International Education.The introduction of this paper mainly expounds the reason,significance,research review,research ideas and methods of the topic selection;Firstly,it designs and surveys the questionnaire,and introduces in detail the specific process from the preparation of the questionnaire to the questionnaire survey,test and distribution,as well as interviews;Then it analyzes the survey results and interview results from the dimensions of Chinese teaching,income,occupation and psychology,and finds a series of problems,such as low income satisfaction,less on-the-job training opportunities,lack of local Chinese teachers and so on;Secondly,it discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Chinese international education,and puts forward suggestions from four aspects: the first is the suggestions for the management organization,the second is the suggestions for the professional curriculum,the third is the suggestions for Chinese teaching,and the fourth is the suggestions for the individual students.The innovation of this paper lies in the special combination of local Chinese teachers and career development issues.In addition to the relevant problems of local Chinese teachers,the questionnaire also introduces the relevant problems in Holland vocational interest test.Through the psychological dimension,it investigates the stress state and career interest of international students majoring in Chinese International Education,In order to have a deeper understanding of the interviewees’ professional psychology.However,due to the limited number of samples,the respondents can not be divided by country and region,which is also the deficiency of this paper.If we can divide the countries and regions of the respondents,and combine with the results of their questionnaire survey,we may have a more accurate analysis. |
