Image Construction Of Folk Culture In Chinese Food Documentary

Chinese traditional culture has a long history.As an outstanding representative,the food culture is profound and comprehensive,and it has far-reaching influence not only at home but also at the international level.As a way of image transmission without borders,TV documentary is the best way to recommend Chinese food culture.In recent years,the rapidly emerging food documentary has won the favor of the public,and the food culture has become a hot topic in the community.In this paper,the author focuses on the folk culture of the content and form of the food documentary,and specifically discusses the shooting concepts and techniques of cultural theme expression,life situation reappearance,storytelling narrative,and analyzes how the food documentary is passed.The image shows the folk culture behind the food,and how to tell the emotional memory behind the folk culture in the food,fully affirming that it has a strong reference and value significance for the creation of Chinese documentary and the world.This article is divided into four chapters,the title is: an overview of the food documentary,the image construction of the food culture in the Chinese food documentary,the image construction of the Chinese food documentary festival custom culture and the reflection and discussion of the Chinese food documentary.First of all,this paper discusses and defines related concepts such as food documentary and folk culture,in order to provide reference for the research questions,sort out the development of food documentary,and classify the main features of the food documentary.And the rationality of the existence of a gourmet documentary.Secondly,this thesis conducts an image research on the folklore culture that has appeared in China in recent years,focusing on how the folk culture in the food documentary is presented through images.At the same time,this article uses the case analysis method to interpret the folklore culture and type characteristics of the diet,and obtains the folklore cultural activities and functions related to the diet from the food documentary such as "China on the tip of the tongue","Taste of Xinjiang","Taste of Laoguang" and "Flame of the World".In order to analyze the long-standing dietary folk culture history and traditional customs of different regions,different ethnic groups,different geographical environments and different seasons,explore the rich and interesting Chinese national cultural characteristics hidden behind the food.In the end,the author combined with the understanding of the food documentary,summarized the development status of Chinese food documentary in recent years,discussed the dilemma of the current food documentary and the prospect of the future,and put forward reasonable suggestions for these dilemmas.
