| Education evaluation is related to the development of education.The evaluation baton determines the orientation of the school.As we all know,teacher evaluation literacy is becoming an important issue in the field of evaluation.As the designer and implementer of evaluation activities,teachers should have higher claims for their own evaluation accomplishment.The English Curriculum Standard of Senior High School makes corresponding requirements for teaching evaluation in English classroom teaching,which highlights the importance of English teachers’ evaluation literacy in senior high schools.Under these background,what is the high school English teacher’s appraisal accomplishment,how to develop the high school English teacher’s appraisal accomplishment and how to develop the high school English teacher’s appraisal accomplishment become the question which this research needs to discuss.First of all,under the background of curriculum reform and teacher professional development,this study collates,encodes and analyzes the data under the guidance of relevant theories,and clarifies the direction of further research.Based on the domestic and international research results,a central notion of evaluation literacy,and other related concepts are defined.It also determines the components and structure of the study.Answered the high school English teacher appraisal accomplishment is what question.Then,in this study,three main research methods were used to understand the current development status of evaluation literacy of high school English teachers in the investigated schools.The questions of this survey are as follows :(1)What is the current status of its development?(2)which elements have a impact on the development of it?(3)How to effectively improve the level of it?Thirdly,the conclusion is drawn through investigation and analysis.The research shows that:(1)among the evaluation experience,the self-study experience of evaluation books will affect the evaluation knowledge and the ability of using evaluation.(2)In the analysis of variance of the evaluation accomplishment of teachers from different backgrounds,it is found that there is only conspicuous in the factor of teaching years,among which the most obvious is the evaluation attitude.These teachers with 11-20 years of teaching experience have the most positive attitude to evaluation.(3)The status quo of its development: the evaluation attitude is active,however,the idea of evaluation has the serious deviation;the evaluation knowledge level is low,the evaluation knowledge internal structure is not balanced;Evaluation of learning experience is inadequate and training needs to be strengthened;different groups of high school English teachers have different levels of evaluation literacy;It’s also a deviation in their behavior(4)The influencing factors are divided into the external influencing factors and the internal influencing factors.Finally,in view of the current status and influencing factors,the improvement of high school English teachers was recommended through three aspects of "system improvement and policy support","construction of school evaluation atmosphere" and "teachers ’ conscious action". |
