| This paper expounds the teaching content and teaching mode from the course Teaching Design and Management,and summarizes the characteristics of the teaching content and teaching mode.The author found that the course content of instructional design and management has three remarkable characteristics: logicality,flexibility and practicality according to the analysis.In terms of teaching mode,the offline teaching of this course is characterized by distinct orderliness,intuitiveness and immediacy,while the online teaching can break the limitations of time and space and promote the interaction between teachers and students to a certain extent.In addition,the author is also find that the relationship between online teaching and offline teaching is not binary opposition,but mutual influence and mutual promotion,and the shadow of the other mode can be found in the two teaching modes.Based on the analysis of the teaching content and teaching mode of the course Teaching Design and Management,the author,through the methods of interview and statistical analysis,combined with the results of teaching evaluation in past years and the contents of interviews with the course’s main lecturers and students,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the course Teaching Design and Management from three aspects of content,form and influence,find that the students have a high satisfaction with the course content and form design,and it is very helpful in their own teaching practice.Of course,they also put forward some opinions on optimizing the relevant contents of some courses,such as increasing the proportion of practical activities,adjusting the class arrangement,taking measures to make up for the lack of interaction between teachers and students and students in online teaching,and increasing the relevant contents of online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of the course Teaching Design and Management,the author puts forward some practical and predictive suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the course under the background of“Internet +”era.That is,making full use of various online teaching resources and platforms under the background of the “Internet +”era,according to students’ learning needs as well as the latest research findings and development trends in the field of Chinese as a foreign language,Adjusting and optimizing the content and mode of the course,and maintaining and improving the effectiveness of the teaching design and management course with the cooperation and efforts of the school,teachers and students,so“Instructional Design and management”course as the representative of the courses of MTCSOL in the “Internet +”era has a great development. |
