The Influence Of Lucian Freud’s Painting Art On My Graduation Creation

Lucian Freud was one of the most influential British painters in the20 th century.Far away from the noisy art trend,he attached great importance to painting from life and realism painting.He also focused on people’s mental state and inner world.He was good at feeling life with mind,and his painting works are mainly about figures and human portraits.Lucian Freud’s unique view of painting was formed by the prosperity of western culture in the 20 th century and the growth experience of his childhood.I have studied and explored his painting language and painting spirit in different periods.He took human body and portrait painting as the creation subjects to pursue the inner form of painting authenticity.His works reflect his thinking on his age.Based on the study of the painting art of Lucian Freud,I am concerned about to how the characters exist in my life.Most of my graduation works are portrait paintings,by using realistic expression techniques to show the living state and spiritual outlook of my painting subject.
