The Research Of Bai Juyi’s Xiti Poems

Xiti poems began in the Qi and Liang Dynasties,and entered a prosperous period in the Middle Tang Dynasty.It was created by poets continuously in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the modern times.As a special type of poetry,it has formed a certain scale in the poetry circle.As an important poet in the Tang Dynasty,Bai Juyi had a total of 82 Xiti poems,which was the largest number of poets in the Tang Dynasty.While inheriting the creation mode of predecessors,Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems highlight many innovations and changes,and have literary characteristics different from those of predecessors,so it can be used as an example for the study of Xiti poems.In this article,a combination of horizontal and vertical methods is adopted to study Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems creation.The introduction part mainly involves three aspects:First of all,the concept of Xiti poems is defined,and the scope of Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems is clarified.Secondly,by combing the current situation of the research on Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems,it makes clear that the modern scholars’ research on Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems is still in a weak stage.Finally,the significance of the Selected topic significance,research content and methods are explained.The first chapter explores the creative motivation of Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems in detail.His Xiti poems were created under the joint action of multiple factors such as the poets’ own choice under the change of the external environment and personal circumstances and the psychological drive of the writers of the middle tang dynasty to seek for new ideas and changes in their poetry creation.From the two aspects of internal and external causes,Bai Juyi’s enthusiasm and interest in creating a large number of Xiti poems were aroused.Thus,it shapes the expression form and emotional direction of Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems.The second chapter specifically analyzes the theme orientation of Bai Juyi’s Xitipoems.The theme of Bai Juyi’s poems may be the strengthening of leisure and enjoyment,or the sentiment of fulfilling one’s destiny and enjoying oneself,or the bantering of his relatives and friends.Combined with these three types of creative tendencies,focused on exploring the ideological connotation of self-liberation and self-adjustment to life setbacks contained in his poems on the themes,And also clarified that the poem style of the Xiti exactly fits the needs of Bai Juyi’s life thought expression of "the honor and withered,the worries and the joys,the Long life and early death,are like a play in the world",carried the expression of Bai Juyi’s self-emotion and personal temperament.The third chapter focuses on the creation characteristics of Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems.First of all,The unique artistic characteristics of Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems are analyzed within the capacity from three aspects,namely,the change of subject matter,the construction of joke meaning,the poetry genre,Exploring how he broke through the barriers of traditional Xiti poems creation and broadened the expressive force of Xiti poems.Secondly,based on the creation object,creation field and creation regional,the author tries to investigate the generation mode of Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems,analyzes the personality pattern of "Xi" in Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems and the humorous and philosophical self-image reflected in them.The fourth chapter summarizes and elaborates the value and influence of Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems.Bai Juy breaks the profond and forceful paradigm established by Du Fu and expands the field of poetry expression.It not only emphasizes the social function of communication of Xiti poems,but also strengthenes the lyrical function under the posture of the game.The author also focuses on the longitudinal analysis of the profound influence of Bai Juyi’s Xiti poems.the shallow and vulgar paradigm influenced the subsequent Huang Tingjian and Lu Fangweng,while the play-giving play-response model triggered the arrival of the climax of the Xitichang-he,and more importantly,the continuation of the self-adapted feelings in the creative mentality of the song people.
