In the process of the continuous development and maturity of Chinese Television drama art,regional Television drama has gradually become a new art form with regional and national characteristics.Beijing-style TV drama mainly reflects the regional culture and customs of Beijing,which always focuses on the history and the life and psychological changes of modern Beijingers.The Beijing flavor is a strong style phenomenon of Beijing-style TV drama,and we can distinguish and grasp it easier.In recent years,TV dramas with Beijing flavor directed by Liu Jiacheng makes the Beijing flavor spread on the TV screen again.Under the realistic artistic expression,through the distinctive regional characteristics and the presentation of the trivial details in people’s life,Liujiacheng’s plays not only received the recognition of the audience and the peers,but also achieved a breakthrough in regional communication.Liu Jiacheng himself also became the gold medal director of Beijing-style TV drama and drove a new wave of Beijing flavor TV drama creation boom.This thesis take the Beijing-style TV dramas directed by Liu Jiacheng as the research text and the unique regional characteristics in his creations as the important research content to explore the imaginative construction of regional landscape.This thesis also studies the cultural logic and generation mechanism of Beijing-style TV drama,as well as the contemporary dissemination of cultural values.In the introduction part,mainly introduced in this paper,the research background,research significance,research objects and methods,and defines and sorts out the concept of Beijing-style drama and the creative history of director Liu Jiacheng.The main contents of the paper are divided into three main sections.The first part explains the urban imagery presented by the regional landscape of the Beijing-style dramas directed by Liu Jiacheng.It analyzes the cultural representation of the landscape of the capital city from three types,civilian living space,economic production place and regional landscape.It summarizes the folk customs expressed in the play from the perspective of cultural symbols.It also combines time and space to explore the building development of the Beijing city during historical changes.The second part focuses on the analysis of the civilian group with typical character of Beijing people of the Beijing-style dramas directed by Liu Jiacheng.It lists the old Beijing people who seized the opportunity to start their own businesses and inherit cultural traditions during the construction period.they are the new generation of Beijing people who grew up in the development of the new China,and the newer from outside integrating into the place.It plays a functional figure that can express the core theme in the contrast between good and evil.Through the analysis of the images of the people,we can explores the market differences of the group figure.The third part explains the aesthetic style of the Beijing-style dramas directed by Liu Jiacheng.It discusses the dramas of story construction by elaborating the dramatic situation and the relationship between the characters.It analysis of the nostalgic emotion expressed by the cultural memory constructed by audiovisual.It describes the innovative performance of realism on value communication,and studies director Liu Jiacheng’s exploration and innovation of the creation of humanistic Beijing flavor of Beijing-style drama by adhering to the concept of telling Beijing stories well.This thesis researchs Beijing-style television plays directed by Liu Jiacheng is based on the requirements of the cultural return of the current literary and artistic creation in China,as well as the theoretical needs for the formation of regional TV series with director characteristics.By studying the prominent regional characteristics and the common people spirit in the narration of life flow in new Beijing flavor TV drama directed by Liu Jiacheng,.This thesis explores the contribution and reference that Liu Jiacheng has made to the creation of TV dramas with regional characteristics.
