| Objective1.To investigate the factors influencing prenatal depression and sleep quality.2.To explore the efficacy and clinical value of group psychotherapy on prenatal depression and sleep quality of pregnant women.Methods36 pregnant women with prenatal depression selected from the sleep psychology clinic of First Affiliated Hospital Of Chongqing Medical University were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=18)and the control group(n=18),the experimental group adopted group psychotherapy 6 times.Both groups complete Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire-15(PHQ-15)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).The experimental group was followed up after the intervention one month later.Results1.Prenatal depression and antenatal anxiety,physical health and sleep quality of pregnant women are significantly positively correlated(rsleep=0.43,P<0.05;ranxiety=0.40,P<0.05;rbody=0.42,P<0.05).Physical health was significantly positively correlated with sleep quality(r=0.39,P<0.05).2.The depression scores of 36 pregnant women with different monthly income,family relationship and husband relationship were significantly different(P<0.05).The sleep index of different residence and monthly income was significantly different(P<0.05).3.Before 6 group psychotherapy,there was no significant difference in depression,anxiety,physical symptoms and sleep index between the two groups of pregnant women(P>0.05).After the intervention,the depressive mood,anxiety,physical symptoms and sleep index of the experimental group were significantly lower than the previous data(P<0.05),while the scores of the control group were not significantly different(P>0.05).One month later,the scores of depression,anxiety,and sleep quality in the experimental group were significantly lower than the post-test data(P<0.05),but the differences in physical symptoms scores were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The heavier the prenatal depression,the heavier the accompanying anxiety,the more obvious physical discomfort and sleep problems,the more physical discomfort,the worse the quality of sleep.2.Monthly income,family relationship and husband relationship will affect prenatal depression,residence and monthly income will affect pregnant women’s sleep quality.3.Group psychotherapy has a positive effect on regulating pregnant women’s depression,anxiety,physical discomfort and sleep,and can maintain a certain long-term effect on depression,anxiety and sleep quality.The difference in depression scores of 36 pregnant women with different monthly incomes,family relations,husband relations are statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in sleep quality scores with different place of residence and monthly incomes are statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of depression,physical health and sleep quality between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of depression,physical health and sleep quality in the experimental group were significantly different(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).One month later,the scores of depression and sleep quality were significantly lower than the post-test data(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in physical health scores(P>0.05). |
