Pregnancy is the stage of the pregnant woman’s emotional changes.Due to the changes in hormone levels in pregnant women,the balance of the neurotransmitter system can be affected,resulting in the mood swings of pregnant women.Emotional changes during pregnancy have an impact on both the pregnant and the foetus,among which the most influential and the most widespread are depression.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of malignant events caused by depression in pregnant women seriously endangers the physical and mental health of pregnant women and fetuses.Therefore,it is of practical significance to pay attention to and study the emotional regulation of pregnant women.Accept type music therapy is refers to the various forms of therapists use music experience,as well as developed in the course of treatment,as a treatment for the treatment of power relations,to help the treatment to achieve the purpose of health systemic intervention process.The main methods of music therapy include music imagination,song discussion,music relaxation,etc.In this study,we conducted an interventional experimental study on maternal depression using music therapy.The study is divided into three parts.The first part is to screen effective subjects.The research object is a pregnant woman who will undergo obstetric examination in a second-level a comprehensive hospital in jiaxiang county,shandong province from march to June 2017.Using the beck depression scale and the self-assessment report of individual emotion,the depression of pregnant women was investigated.Ten pregnantwomen who met the intervention criteria were screened for the intervention experiment of music.The second part is the implementation of the intervention experiment,which is divided into individual intervention and group intervention.The individual intervention experiment was divided into three stages,and four interventions were performed at each stage.Once a week,the interval of each intervention was one week.The first stage is the transition stage of emotional intervention.The second stage of intervention experiment was to adjust the adaptive stage of emotional cognition.The third stage of intervention was to reinforce the positive emotions and self-improvement stages.The group intervention experiment was conducted in the early stage of the second stage of individual intervention experiment.Before and after the intervention,the maternal physiological and mood state self-rating scale was used for the evaluation.After the intervention,the pregnant women who had been in labor for two weeks were investigated.The experimental procedure is as follows:1.Individual intervention experiment process: a pretest with conversation learn subjects recent emotional state-a relaxed music-music therapy on the emotional state of a pregnant woman,accept type specific intervention-after the test.The individual intervention time was about 40 minutes.2.Group intervention experiment process: members of group intervention were introduced in a brief self-introduction--song discussion(the song was selected by the therapist)--sharing--the therapist summarized and analyzed.The time of group intervention was about 1 hour.3.Telephone return visit after two weeks of delivery,the content of the return visit is the emotional fluctuation after delivery and the satisfaction degree of the intervention effect.The third part is the evaluation and discussion of intervention effect,mainly discussing the effects and effects of music material and treatment process.Through the evaluation of the results of the physiological and psychological indicators before and after the intervention,it was found that there were significant differences in the physical and psychological test data before and after the intervention,which showed that the effect of the intervention on the depression of pregnant women was obvious.
