Research On Development Strategy Of Tianbao Ancient Village Scenic Spot In Yifeng County

With the proposal of the strategy of the national rural revitalization,rural tourism has gradually become a hot spot of tourism development.During the process of development,it is particularly important to protect ancient villages.And it is of far-reaching significance to strengthen the research on strategic development by using ancient village resources on the basis of protection.In 2013,Tianbao Ancient Village was selected asone of the first batch of traditional villages in China.Tianbao Ancient Village is rich in rural tourism resources,but there are some existing problems such as low development level,imperfect infrastructure and insufficient development of soft culture.Based on the relevant theories of ancient village tourism development and strategic management,throughon-site investigation to Tianbao ancient village,this research analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats encountered in the development of Tianbao ancient village by VRIO and SWOT.It is proposed that the “family Precepts ” culture should be taken as the core,the “hardware protection +software development ” should be taken as the focus,and theroom of “village +landscape + countryside + Zen temple ”should be taken to integrate and arrange.Through developing,opening and shapingconcurrently,the strategic framework of cultural connotation,ancient building protection,development strategy and holistic tourism destination of Tianbao ancient village should be gradually improved.It emphasizes the six development priorities of smart tourism,customer orientation,product development,commodity research and development,functional layout and marketing.Based on the construction of eco-demonstration area of global tourism,Tianbao ancient village is built into the strategic development goal of national 5A tourism scenic spots with the inheritance of traditional Chinese family style and family precepts,the ancient architectural style display of Gan,pastoral sightseeing and leisure vacation.Finally,six implementation guarantee measures are formulated,including mechanism,capital,facilities,talents,publicity and service,in order to provide reference for the development decision-makers of Tianbao ancient village in the development operation ideas and development path.
