Study On The Evaluation Of Residents’ Well-being In Cultural Tourism Industrial Park

The cultural tourism industry in the new era has been endowed with the happiness value and spiritual core beyond the perspective of "industry",bears the vital economic and social division of labor and spiritual civilization empowerment,and carries the great mission of social harmony and people’s happiness.Cultural tourism industry park development become the main trends of development of the new stage,one happiness value of cultural tourism industry park is to bring happiness to cultural tourism industry garden area residents,and the cultural tourism industry park residents’ happiness levels to the harmonious and friendly text brigade environment and build high quality cultural tourism industry plays a very important role.In recent years,especially the new champions league after the outbreak,the state attaches great importance to cultural tourism industry in the important position of a happy life,and people also re-examine health,people’s livelihood and sustainable development and their own happiness and other major issues,prompting cultural tourism industry as the main bearer of cultural tourism industry park residents pay more attention to promote cultural tourism industry park of happiness,To achieve their own high-quality development.This study tour in white deer villiage studio rural culture community residents as the research object,based on the theory of economics,psychology,and sociology and related research results,build cultural tourism industry garden area residents’ well-being evaluation index system,comprehensive questionnaire and depth interview method to white studio village brigade community residents state of happiness research,Happiness measurement model is established by using entropy value method,the calculation and analysis of white deer studio village brigade community well-being index,a more objective reflection of white deer studio village brigade community residents personal happiness levels and the average level of happiness,and analyze the factors that affect the happiness level,promote cultural tourism industry garden area residents are given the strategy of happiness.In the end,this study is expected to provide scientific guidance for the high-quality sustainable development of the cultural tourism industry and the improvement of residents’ happiness in the cultural tourism industrial park.Based on the field investigation results and data analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The average happiness index of residents in the rural cultural tourism community of White Luyuan Film and Television City is 2.87,the happiness level is below the medium level,and there is a big difference in the happiness level among residents,the maximum value is 4.2,the minimum value is 1.06.(2)The rights and interests can directly affect the cultural and tourism participation mode,income distribution and future living standard of residents in the cultural and tourism industrial park,and become the fundamental factor affecting the happiness of residents in the cultural and tourism industrial park.Material guarantee is the direct factor that affects the residents’ happiness in the cultural tourism industrial park.Development ability affects the ability of residents in the cultural tourism industrial park to participate in the cultural tourism industry and their job competence,which becomes a continuous factor affecting residents’ happiness.(3)Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward the strategy of improving residents’ happiness in the cultural tourism industrial park from the aspects of improving the development quality of the cultural tourism industrial park in the whole process,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of residents in the park,and endusting residents with the ability of sustainable development.
