Food safety is a basic issue related to the survival and development of mankind,and it is an advance condition for mankind to carry out all other social practices.Ensuring food safety is not only an important work content for the party to govern for the people and improve people’s livelihood,but also an important part of promoting the healthy and long-term development of the national economy.In the new era,with the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s needs for a better life are increasing day by day.Food safety needs are the most basic needs of people.If food safety is not guaranteed,people’s good lives will be impossible to talk about.In the practice and exploration of the construction of the socialist market economy,due to the imperfect market economy system and the rapid advancement of the marketization process,various ethical and moral issues in the economic field have become increasingly prominent.The issue of food safety is precisely the ethics in the development of the market economy at this stage.One of the manifestations of moral absence.Exploring food safety issues from the perspective of Marxist economic ethics,and by giving play to the theoretical guiding role of Marxist economic ethics,for the solution of food safety issues and the healthy development of the food economy,especially for the protection of the rights and interests of stakeholders related to food safety,in the current situation It has important practical significance.This paper intends to study China’s food safety problems from the perspective of Marxist economic ethics,explore the connotation of economic ethics of food safety,elaborate the main content of Marxist economic ethics and classical Marxist writers on food safety concerns,analyze the causes of China’s food safety problems,The Marxist economic ethics thought is applied to the practice and exploration of the construction of food safety governance system,so as to provide beneficial theoretical resources for the management of food safety problems,the realization of the need to guarantee people’s better life and the promotion of the healthy development of food industry economy.The research structure and main content of this paper is composed of the following four parts: Chapter one,Introduction.Firstly,the background and significance of the topic are expounded.Secondly,the present situation of the research on food safety from the perspective of economic ethics at home and abroad is summarized,and the brief evaluation is made.Thirdly,it explains the research ideas and methods of this paper.Finally,the innovation of the article is expounded.Chapter two,food safety and economic ethics.Based on the brief explanation of food safety and economic ethics,the connotation of economic ethics of food safety is revealed.This paper focuses on the critical thoughts of economic ethics of Marxism on commodity production,alienated labor,capital and capitalist fetishism,and illustrates the feasibility and necessity of studying food safety issues from the perspective of economic ethics of Marxism.Chapter three analyzes the economic ethics of the classical Marxist writers on food safety.First,it expounds Marx and Engels’ criticism of economic ethics on food safety issues in their time.Secondly,Lenin and Stalin’s attention to food safety is discussed.Thirdly,this paper expounds the importance of food safety in China’s socialist countries in different periods.In this chapter,the focus is to combine the main content and core proposition of Marxist economic ethics in the second chapter,and analyze the concerns of classical Marxist writers on food safety in different aspects in different times.It not only reveals that food safety is a complex problem that changes with the development of times,but also changes with the development of times.At the same time,it also reveals the consistent proposition from the perspective of Marxist economic ethics on the food safety issue,that is,Marxist people-oriented food safety concept.Chapter four,economic ethics review of food safety in China.This paper examines the current situation of food safety problems in China from the perspective of Marxist economic ethics,analyzes the causes of food safety problems with Marxist economic ethics,and puts forward the path of governance of food safety problems in China on the basis of Marxist people-oriented food safety concept.
