For a long time,Chinese teaching has emphasized "applying what we learn",lacking of practice and section expression are two major problems lying in International Chinese Language Education.In order to solve the problems,the academic community has been conducting active exploration and research.Since the spring of 2017,Professor Wen Qiufang and other teachers in Beijing Foreign Studies University have introduced the Productionoriented Approach into International Chinese Language Education,and continued to carry out Chinese teaching experiments based on Production-Oriented Approach.Compared to the traditional Chinese teaching mode of the evaluation of teachers,Chinese teaching experiments are based on Production-oriented Approach emphasize comprehensive understanding of evaluation,which means teachers should give effective evaluation for the output task of students and the evaluation should build the framework for the next step of learning to promote learning cycle docking in the whole teaching process.However,there are few studies about teacher’s evaluation in Chinese teaching based on Production-oriented Approach.Therefore,it has particular academic value.This paper carries out the study in the quasi-intermediate Chinese oral class based on Production-oriented Approach of Beijing Foreign Studies University.This study selects the teaching video of 10 classes within a 16-week semester.Through the method of qualitative research,this paper mainly analyzes the content,scope,nature of teacher’s evaluation and the concept of evaluation in the teaching and makes a statistical analysis of students’ oral output in and after class.Combined with the interview materials of teachers and students,this paper analyzes the actual impact of teacher evaluation on students’ oral output in quasiintermediate oral class teaching,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward some targeted suggestions for the implementation of teacher’s evaluation.It is found that compared with the traditional teaching mode,teachers’ evaluation in POA classrooms have following advantages:(1)Teachers uphold the concept of diversified evaluation and strive to achieve the organic combination of "evaluation,teaching and learning".(2)Teacher’ evaluation has a guiding and motivating effect on the three aspects of language form,topic content and logical structure in students’ oral output.(3)The process of teacher evaluation adapting to the development of students’ oral language,from complex to simple,has a formative advantage for the segmented expression of students’ oral language.According to the results of the research,this paper puts forward suggestions for teacher ’s evaluation in Chinese oral teaching based on Production-oriented Approach:(1)Teachers should be familiar with the teaching process based on production-oriented approach and clarify the key points of evaluation in the teaching.(2)Teachers regularly collect students’feedback on teachers’ evaluation to promote the two-way interaction of teacher’s evaluation and students’ learning.(3)Teachers and students should jointly determine the standards of evaluation to strengthen the distinction of teachers’ evaluation.(4)The academic community should build an interactive consultation POA teaching community and constantly optimize teacher’ evaluation.It is hoped that the research of teacher’s evaluation of quasi-Intermediate Chinese oral class based on Production-oriented Approach can not only improve the theoretical construction of the evaluation part of POA and enrich the development of POA,but also provide some help for the evaluation of teachers to achieve their teaching goals and better serve the output-oriented Chinese classroom teaching.
