Research On The Expression Mechanism Of Public Cultural Service Demand In Urban Community Cultural Activity Center

Under the background of the growing demand for public culture in urban communities and the increasing supply capacity of public cultural organizations and institutions,how to use rich cultural resources to meet the demand for various public cultural services and promote the public to actively express their needs and build a good cultural atmosphere in urban communities has become a problem to be faced by community cultural activity centers.This paper holds that a good community communication bridge and interaction is the core of promoting public demand expression.In this line of thinking,the first chapter introduces the concepts of public culture,public cultural needs and demand expression mechanism,as well as the new public service theory centered on the public service spirit of democratic participation,civil rights and public interests,and the political system theory constructed by researchers such as David Easton and almond,which provides theoretical basis for this paper.On this basis,the second chapter builds a framework of demand expression mechanism,which is based on the principle of equalization and standardization and includes four stages: demand cultivation,demand expression,demand evaluation and demand feedback.Next,the third chapter introduces the case of W Community Cultural Activity Center in Shanghai P District and the data analysis of questionnaire survey.According to questionnaire data and interview data,the fourth chapter puts forward four problems of demand expression in W community cultural activity center,such as lack of expression subject,lack of demand expression channels,lack of service concept,lack of institutionalized evaluation,poor feedback effect of demand and lack of communication and evaluation.In the face of these problems,the fifth chapter puts forward some measures,such as cultivating residents’ subjective consciousness,broadening the channels of expression and feedback,promoting the institutionalization of needs assessment and enhancing the effectiveness of needs feedback.This paper holds that the construction of demand expression mechanism will help residents to express their needs better and promote the shaping of social public spirit such as trust and public interest in community community.
