Research On The Realization Mechanism Of Precise Supply Of Urban Public Cultural Services

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economic construction has made remarkable achievements.With the improvement of people’s living standard,material life has been effectively guaranteed,followed by stronger demand for spiritual and cultural life.At present,the supply of urban public cultural services in China has become increasingly abundant,but the imbalance between supply and demand of that still exists.The problem of inaccurate supply has not been solved,putting tremendous pressure on the supply of urban public cultural services.Under this background,it’s of great value to study the precise supply of urban public cultural services.Taking A district as an example,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current research situation of public cultural services at home and abroad,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the progress,problems and its deep-seated causes of urban public cultural services by using the theories of new public services,coordination of supply and demand,qualitative and quantitative methods.The analysis shows that the current urban public cultural services have some problems,such as insufficient total quantity,low quality and poor structure.The deep-seated reasons lie in the lagging of service concept,single subject,incomplete system and decentralized resources.On this basis,the study further points out that the supply-side reform of public cultural services oriented by precise supply is an inevitable solution to the problems mentioned above,and better meets the people’s reasonable demand for public cultural services.From the mechanism level of reshaping concepts,subjects coordination,system optimization,resource integration,technological innovation,talent cultivation,etc,it explores the way to realize the precise supply of public cultural services.The innovation of this paper lies in adhering to the concept of people-centered development,trying to build a supply mode of public cultural services,oriented at the cultural demands of urban residents,with vitality distributed by multiple suppliers,supply and operation mechanism coordinatedly and efficiently developing,to realize the precise supply of urban public cultural services.And then solve the current urban problems,constantly satisfying people’s yearning for a better cultural life.
