| The intangible cultural heritage is a non-renewable precious resource,known as a "living fossil" of local history and culture,is the life memory and genetic code of inheriting the unique regional culture.The protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage is the motive force and source of promoting social development.Intangible cultural heritage is an important factor to determine cultural characteristics,stimulate creativity and protect cultural diversity.It plays a vital role in mutual tolerance and coordination among different cultures.The inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage is related to the inheritance of a nation’s culture and spirit,is to revitalize national culture and promote the country.The internal demand of home culture soft power.Ningde city has made remarkable achievements in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,especially in the project and the declaration of inheritors in the province’s forefront,but the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage prospects are still not optimistic.Especially with the in-depth promotion of intangible cultural heritage protection,its many shortcomings gradually exposed,in a certain procedure restricts the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.Starting with the present situation of intangible cultural heritage protection in Ningde,this paper expounds and analyses the existing problems,briefly analyses the Haicang model of "Minnan dialect and culture entering campus" and the successful practice of "non-heritage + poverty alleviation" model in Liuzhou,summarizes the successful experience,and guides the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Ningde.Nursing work,put forward to strengthen propaganda and dissemination,integration of resources,building non-heritage cultural brand,strengthening incentives and guidance,strengthening personnel training and other measures to strengthen the protection of Ningde intangible cultural heritage. |
