Research On The Characteristics And Development Of Middle-aged And Elderly Square Dances In Xi ’an

"Co-construction and sharing,national health" is the strategic theme of building a healthy China.In order to better implement the national policies and guidelines,under the background of the national fitness program and healthy China,the broad masses of the people have higher and higher requirements for spiritual culture,and most people choose fitness to enhance their physique.The wave of national fitness in China has developed rapidly,and the people’s healthy living standards and health security have been significantly improved.Under the influence of the upcoming 14 th National Games,People’s awareness of participating in sports activities has gradually increased.Square dance,as the most basic and participatory sport of the masses,has become a beautiful landscape in every corner of the city,and it also plays an important role in promoting social development and people’s health,which is in line with healthy China.Square dance needs to keep pace with the times,deeply integrate with local traditional culture,develop various forms and participate in the crowd,which is the development trend of square dance in modern society.Xi ’an is a charming metropolis with cultural heritage and humanities and arts.With the integration of profound cultural heritage and healthy and scientific square dance,square dance with local characteristics will provide power for the construction of urban spiritual civilization and harmonious development.In this paper,literature review,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics are used to investigate the relatively dense square dance gathering places in beilin district,Xi ’an.The place,time,dance types,costumes,frequency,exercise level and publicity methods of square dance are studied and analyzed.Through the analysis of the current development of square dance,the development characteristics and prospects of square dance are sociological studied,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Square dance for middle-aged and elderly people in Xi ’an(2)The square dance of middle-aged and old people in beilin district,Xi ’an has diversified styles and national characteristics.(3)The benign "fighting dance" competition mode promotes the square dance to develop healthily and sustainably.(4)The integration of new media adds new vitality to the spread and publicity of square dance.(5)The rapid development of square dance can make rational use of the characteristics of the current square dance in Xi ’an,and promote the development of Han and Tang cultures with the unique features of ancient venues;Strengthen the dance style of national and regional culture integration and enhance its cultural and artistic value;Incorporate the local literary and artistic characteristics of Shaanxi to promote the inheritance and development of traditional culture;Under the propaganda of new media,it will promote the advancement of social informationization and intelligence,good standardized management,and promote people’s physical and mental health and harmonious development of society.
