The Visual Characteristics And Practical Application Of "Lofty And Far-reaching Method"

Landscape painting is not a simple representation of natural scenery,it is the blend of nature and painter’s subjective feelings,re-innovation.For the painter,how to create a moving painting works is a need to think.This paper sorts out the elements of landscape painting before the Song Dynasty,such as the layout of composition,the position of visual angle,the texturing method of brush and ink,and explores the space level and aesthetic pursuit of landscape painting.This paper analyzes the aesthetic causes and theoretical origins of “Gaoyuan”landscape works,and analyzes its structural features in the light of the works,from which we can understand the thinking of the ancient man-made environment,and sum up the artistic conception,visual features and artistic height of “Gaoyuan”landscape works,in the previous landscape painting to learn its techniques,composition methods,and so on,through these studies to draw conclusions,and the use of the author’s creation.In this paper,the author tries to study the presentation of the “Lofty method”in landscape painting,and apply it to the author’s creation.During the period of conception and creation,I went to Taihang Mountains many times to experience the beauty of the mountains and rivers in the north,to explore the principles of nature,and to learn from Guo Xi’s observation method of “Moving from place to place”,realize the ancients will be the real life of the natural beauty of mountains and rivers into the transmission of immortal landscape painting of artistic thinking.
