Training satisfaction is one of the important indicators to test the teaching quality of colleges and universities.Training units hope to understand the real needs of students through students’ training satisfaction in various aspects of the school,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the quality of talent training.Therefore,the study of student training satisfaction has important practical significance.With the wide spread of Chinese in the world,scholars pay more and more attention to the training satisfaction of students majoring in Han and Master’s degree.The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of talent cultivation,summarize the successful experience and shortcomings,and guide the training institutions to adjust themselves continuously,guarantee the quality of postgraduate training in school,and supply talents for international Chinese education.Firstly,this paper makes a comparative analysis between the teaching committee’s guiding plan and the Master of Chinese International Education’s program of five representative universities,and shows some characteristics of Master of Chinese International Education’s program training at the present stage through the overall training objectives,training methods and training links of Master of Chinese International Education’s program.And on the basis of training scheme to Chinese international education master degree graduates as the research object to carry out empirical research,USES the questionnaire survey and interviews survey han taught master’s degree in teaching,teacher guidance,internship practice,school management,employment development five aspects of satisfaction with the status quo,through the analysis found that Master of Chinese International Education graduates overall satisfaction is higher,the positive emotional attitude.The degree of satisfaction in tutor guidance and practice is the highest,while the degree of satisfaction in employment development and classroom teaching is relatively low.Through the analysis of the survey results,we extract the successful experience,and believe that the cutting-edge curriculum,the strong academic research ability of the tutor,the advanced scientific research equipment of the school and the diversity of academic activities all have a positive impact on training satisfaction.Combined with the problems and reasons found in the research,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the degree of satisfaction of MTCSOL training: adjust the teaching system of Han and Master’s degree to enhance the classroom attraction;Establish the principal status of students,strengthen the community of teachers and students;Improve the school management level,improve the reward mechanism for scientific research;Pay attention to the development needs of Master of Chinese International Education,pay attention to the training of practical ability;Improve the employment guidance of Master of Chinese International Education and provide various help.
