With the continuous development of social economy,the enterprises put forward higher requirements for the graduates of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools.Level of writing is the important measure of secretary major teaching effect,good writing skills is a basic literacy in today’s society is required the secretary major,this would require the secretary professional technical secondary school students to master a solid theoretical knowledge and basic skills of writing,in order to enhance market competitiveness in the future.At present,the teaching situation of practical writing is not as ideal as expected.The complex characteristics of the course itself and the old-fashioned teaching process are not conducive to mobilizing students’ learning initiative,which will directly affect the teaching effect.Therefore,this paper mainly adopts the method of fixed-point research to investigate and study the teaching status of practical Writing in secretarial major of P secondary vocational school.On the basis of relevant research,this paper investigates the teachers and students of practical writing course in P secondary Vocational school by using investigation method and interview method,summarizes the problems existing in the teaching process,and puts forward targeted improvement measures to improve the teaching effect of practical writing.This paper mainly studies the preparation for teaching,the implementation process of teaching,and the evaluation and reflection of teaching in the later stage.The teachers of practical Writing are interviewed by interview method,and the students of secretarial major are investigated and studied by questionnaire method,and the following conclusions are drawn: First,in the process of teaching preparation,teachers spend different energy on lesson preparation,and students’ awareness of pre-preparation is not high;Second,in the process of teaching implementation,teachers mostly adopt the traditional lecturing teaching method,teachers can not flexibly use the teaching management method in class,education wisdom is lack,students’ initiative to participate in class is not high;Thirdly,in the aspect of teaching evaluation and reflection,most teachers adopt single teaching evaluation method or the combination of theory and practice.There are also deficiencies in self-reflection and development,and students’ self-reflection needs to be improved.In view of the above situation,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward:strengthening the construction of teaching staff,training and introducing professional practical writing teachers;Strengthen students’ learning purpose education and teach learning and memory methods;Teachers increase the preparation of lessons,students develop a good habit of preview;Innovating teaching mode,adopting case teaching method and situational teaching method to realize self-development;Take students as the center,form a good teacher-student relationship,teachers care about,love,actively guide students,students respect and understand teachers;Adopt the teaching evaluation method with multiple subjects and various forms;Reasonable setting of teaching objectives;Help students enhance self-confidence and set up lofty ideals.Through this investigation and research,it is expected to improve the teaching effect of the course "practical writing" of the secretary major in secondary vocational schools,so as to promote the students of the secretary major to finish their studies with high quality,smoothly integrate with the social talent market,adapt to and help the economic development of our country.
