Intangible cultural heritage is the symbol of a country’s cultural heritage and the embodiment of its cultural connotation.However,compared with foreign countries,our country passed on the protection of intangible cultural heritage later.In order to make more people pay attention to intangible cultural heritage,join the people who have inherited intangible cultural heritage protection.In 2015,the Ministry of Culture launched a non-legacy research and training program,which is jointly organized by universities and local cultural bureaus.By consulting relevant information and literature,the present situation of non-genetic inheritance at home and abroad was compared.It is found that foreign countries attach importance to the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage earlier.However,China is faced with the problems of serious aging of inheritors,low universal culture and single mode of inheritance.In order to improve the problems faced by non-genetic inheritance in China at present,our country has carried out the research and training mode of combining local inheritance bases with universities.Taking Qitai Yangko,a non-legacy research and training program in north university of china,as an example,this paper analyzes the purpose,significance and mode of the research and training program,and finally thinks and summarizes it.The concept and content of the early research and training plan laid the foundation for the smooth development of research and training.The generous training conditions of our school and the support of national fund projects can attract more young people to pay attention to this research and training plan.A scientific teaching system can make students learn more systematically all aspects of knowledge about the non-legacy Qitai Yangko.The tasks in the training program were included in the year-end assessment of teachers,which improved teachers’ enthusiasm and ensured the success of this program.This research and training program has improved the professional level of students,consolidated their cultural heritage,enhanced their cultural self-confidence,and expanded the non-genetic inheritance effect.The integration of heritage and modernization has innovated the inheritance mode of intangible cultural heritage,which is no longer a single and limited inheritance mode.Through the extensive training of future inheritors in colleges and universities,the number of inheritors has been increased and the average age of inheritors has been reduced,which has trained a group of outstanding young talents for the future inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage in China.
