Visual Innovation Of Yu Shinan’s Calligraphy In Modern Design

Calligraphy,as a unique art form in China,has the dual identity of language features and artistic symbols.With its unique artistic form and charm,it leads the way in the field of visual art,and is increasingly used for reference by modern designers.Calligraphy art is the crystallization of the development of Chinese civilization.It is not only a visual symbol to record history and convey information,but also carries the heritage of Chinese culture.Nowadays,trends are changing so fast that many young designers in modern visual design,in order to adapt to the fast pace of the trend,are unable to settle down to study traditional culture and have no time to think about it.They lack the ability of innovation and independent thinking and blindly learn from,carry and piece together.Based on the current situation of The Times,the author will take yu Shinan’s calligraphy to the enlightenment of modern visual design as an example,innovative expression and application.In this paper,the artistic form of Yu Shinan’s calligraphy is studied and entered into,and the visual form characteristics and aesthetic implication of Yu Shinan’s calligraphy are studied in depth,systematically analyzed and combed from the aesthetic point of view,and compared with modern font design.Apply the results of the research to their own design practice.
