| With the country’s continuous emphasis on culture,there has been a wave of excavation of excellent culture in various places.The calligraphy on the cliff of Putuo Mountain in Guilin is a part of Guilin culture,and is one of the main platforms for telling good stories of Guilin culture.The research on the calligraphy of the cliff stone carvings in Putuo Mountain,Guilin is all about sorting out the characteristics of the cliff stone carvings in time and space,content classification,historical development,shape,calligraphy,and variant characters,analyzing their five calligraphy artistic characteristics,and further excavating the calligraphy art of the cliff stone carvings.It provides practical significance for its own writing practice,course resource utilization,and calligraphy landscape construction.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the temporal and spatial distribution and content classification of the cliff stone carvings in Putuo Mountain,Guilin.Firstly,it outlines the geographical location of Putuo Mountain and the 14 main areas of cliff stone carvings;secondly,it shows the temporal and spatial distribution and characteristics of cliff stone carvings in a list;Finally,the content of the cliff stone carvings is classified into 12 types according to the style,and the works of each style are summarized.At the same time,the content is divided into six aspects: politics,military,science,religion,education and social life according to the theme.The second chapter draws the number of cliff stone carvings from Sui to Qing Dynasty into a broken line chart,which directly reflects the development of Putuo Mountain cliff stone carvings through the beginning of the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the flourishing period of the Song Dynasty,the decline of the Yuan Dynasty,and the return of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.and expounds the reasons for the historical development of the four periods.The third chapter sorts out the vertical-banner style of works,the book style from left-to-right and right-to-left,and the use of variant characters,and expounds them respectively.The fourth chapter is the key part of the article.It selects five representative calligraphy styles,and analyzes the artistic characteristics of calligraphy styles from the aspects of pen use,knot characters and chapters by means of comparison of example characters,list classification and so on.First of all,in terms of pen use,seal script mainly has two types:vertical needle decoration and pen use to continue "Jade chopstick seal".Official script uses swinging strokes,but it is relatively weak;regular script emphasizes the pressing and stumbling of both ends of the line and corners and incorporates the meaning of running script;There is a clear contrast between the thickness of the running script,the crab claw-shaped pen on the vertical hook is in tune with Mi Fu;only one piece of cursive script has been found in the Qing Dynasty,and the brush stroke is applied at the starting point of the circle,and the line thickness contrasts sharply.Secondly,in terms of character formation,the focus of seal script is mainly shifted downward,and ancient characters are used to enter the cliff;There are two types of clerical script structure: broad,square,and long;regular script is mainly square;running script is left-leaning,with ups and downs;cursive script is correct.In terms of the final composition,there are seal,clerical,regular and cursive scripts with independent characters as the main characters,and there are also some running script works that deal with character groups.The fifth chapter analyzes the artistic value of calligraphy contained in the cliff stone carvings.First of all,taking the cliff stone carving of the official script "Ke Mengde’s Writing Yunjuan Fanggong Ancestral Hall to Welcome the Divine Comedy" as an example,it discusses the inspiration and reference for the author’s writing practice in the use of pen and characters.Secondly,it expounds that the calligraphy art of cliff stone carvings can be used as a curriculum resource in the classroom.Finally,it analyzes the ways and methods of calligraphy art resources for landscape construction. |
