Information and communication technology has always played an important role in the evolution of human history.Mc Luhan and other scholars pointed out that the development history of human society is also a development history of information and communication technology.New information and communication technology can always promote the emergence of new modes of production and social action,and on this basis,they form different forms and characteristics of human society in various historical stages.In academic Toronto school researchers represented by the traditional development of human information and communication technology can be roughly divided into the following four stages: oral communication,text communication,printing and electronic communication,in recent years,including peng lan,some scholars combining the development of the Internet technology will electronic communication into traditional mass media era and the current represented by Internet communication network era.Like the previous information technology changes in various historical periods,the current information and communication technology is also a revolution with a profound impact on the world.From the macro philosophical perspective,today’s technological changes make people’s information dissemination reach an unprecedented balance.The digital memory function and unbounded characteristics of the Internet make people’s information dissemination realize the preservation persistence of "biased time" and also achieve the extensive dissemination of "bias space".This makes people to realize the "tribal transformation" in the global village,step by step towards the state of return to audio-visual balance predicted by Mc Luhan,which is conducive to people to rebuild their own thinking mode.From the perspective of specific production practice,this paper believes that the new round of information revolution,in its essence,is the change of productivity and production relations caused by the change of information production,storage,exchange,distribution and consumption mode.Its influence is not achieved overnight,but a long-term and regular process.As one of the key technologies of the information revolution,the information and communication technology has brought changes and influences on the production and life modes of human society in the process of innovation and development.In the continuous change and renewal,it promotes the continuous change and development of productive forces,leads the change of production,and greatly enhances people’s ability to understand and transform the world.Information and communication technology promotes the renewal and change of productivity,production relations and production factors,and changes towards the direction of digital,using data to drive to realize the value of various elements in production,which makes the social production mode presents the characteristics of intelligence,innovation and virtualization.On the basis of the review of the overall characteristics and influence laws of the ICT,this paper will discuss the current application and promotion changes from the specific production and living fields such as industry,agriculture and social influence.This paper thinks that only always adhere to xi on green development and human material production practice rationalization dialectical relationship as theory oriented,firmly grasp the relationship between information dissemination and production,with accurate information feedback to guide the production cognitive consumption,information industry as a platform to promote education to improve the national science and culture and condensed society,China can hold opportunity in today’s information revolution development innovation and constantly towards the grand goal of building socialist modern power.
