The Enlightenment To My Creation From The Exploration Of The Structural Characteristics Of Di Yuan Ming Monument In The Northern Wei Dynasty

The Wei stele in the Ping Cheng period of the Northern Wei Dynasty is an important stage of the transition from official script to regular script in the Northern Dynasty.It is generally referred to as "Ping Cheng style",which mainly appears in the form of inscriptions,epitaphs,statues and tower inscriptions.The characteristics of the structure include "flat and wide knot" and "oblique and wide knot"."Di Yuan Ming stele" is one of the epitaphs of the Ping Cheng period of the Northern Wei Dynasty.The style of "flat and wide knot" is the most prominent.It bears the flat and generous Han Li on the top and the Wei Kai with oblique and tight knot on the bottom,which has high artistic aesthetic value.Firstly,this paper discusses the causes of the integration of official script and regular script in di Yuan Ming stele from three aspects,and analyzes the structural characteristics of Di Yuan Ming stele.Secondly,comparing Di Yuan Ming tablet with four official script inscriptions of the Eastern Jin Dynasty,Cuan baozi tablet,Cuan Longyan tablet in the Southern Dynasty,the tablet of the emperor’s eastern tour and the ode to the emperor’s southern tour in the Ping Cheng period of the Northern Wei Dynasty,it is concluded that the structure of di Yuan Ming tablet is more generous and regular,which proves that the development of northern regular script lags behind the south.Then,combined with Xie Jianfan’s viewpoint of "Han Li Xian Yu Huang stele leads the tide of Zhang Qian stele and Heng Fang stele,pioneers the square pen,changes the flat and monotonous style of official script,and expands the appearance of regular script of the whole official script",this paper compares the basic constituent elements and structure potential with di Yuan Ming stele,and summarizes the regular script and official script phenomenon of Di Yuan Ming stele.These research results provide reference significance for later creation.Finally,it discusses the importance of copying,the selection of writing materials,tools and creative forms.In terms of creation,taking Di Yuan Ming tablet as the keynote,it turns the theoretical research on the comparison between di Yuan Ming tablet and other inscriptions into its own use,and tries to create through two ideas of "official meaning is more than regular meaning" and "regular meaning is more than official meaning".
