English Title: Platform Design Of College Students Volunteering To Participate In Community Endowment

Based on the theoretical research of service design,this topic uses the method of service design to give full play to its advantages in terms of insight into user needs and solving user pain points,and explores a service platform for college students to participate in community pensions through voluntary services.channels to promote the development of elderly care services.This topic focuses on solving the sustainable problem of college students volunteering to participate in community pensions.Based on the theoretical research of service design,using the method of service design,it gives full play to its advantages in terms of insight into user needs and solving user pain points,and explores college student volunteer services.Participate in the service platform for community elderly care,broaden the channels for college students to participate in voluntary service activities,and promote the development of elderly care services.The subject is divided into four parts.First,through relevant literature research,fully understand the current situation of community pension and college students’ participation in community pension volunteer service,and clarify the advantages of college students participating in community pension volunteer service.Second,through the interviews and investigations of community staff,the elderly and college students,the problem is analyzed from the perspective of stakeholders,and the pain points and needs of the above three stakeholders are analyzed and summarized.Third,return to the voluntary service model of college students participating in community elderly care,and use the stakeholder user journey map to extract potential problems for college students to participate in community elderly care volunteer services,and further refine their needs and functions,and transform pain points and opportunities.Functionality is defined by design.Finally,by designing and producing a mobile platform of volunteer service for college students to participate in community elderly care,and evaluating the product through usability testing and satisfaction surveys,the feasibility of the proposed design scheme of college students participating in community elderly care volunteer service platform proposed in this study is verified.Provide innovative ideas of new vision for service design,and bring reference for the design and optimization of community pension model.
