Research On The Profit Model Optimization Of Aofei Entertainment

In recent years,China’s animation industry has developed rapidly.Large animation enterprises take the construction of a pan-entertainment system as the strategic orientation,and extend and integrate the value chain of enterprises through mergers and acquisitions of upstream and downstream industries.The original intention of animation enterprises to build a pan-entertainment system should be to accelerate the integration and development of resources,promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,optimize the competitiveness and profit model of enterprises,and promote the virtuous cycle of development of enterprises.However,the rapid scale expansion of the animation enterprises appear goodwill impairment,profitability decline and other problems.Based on this,this study takes Alpha Entertainment as an example to systematically analyze and examine the evolution path,development motivation and existing problems of the profit model of animation enterprises under the pan-entertainment strategy,and puts forward targeted and operable optimization strategies.This study is based on the profit model elements,enterprise value chain and smile curve theory and key financial data,the fly,the entertainment profit point,profit source,profit object,profit leverage and barrier analysis found that the fly entertainment single profit point,profit structure imbalance,low IP conversion rate,industry competition weaken profit barrier,investment expansion to reduce the profit level.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the above problems are common problems existing in the process of developing to the whole industry chain.And put forward to expand the business sector,broaden the realization channels,integrating industrial chain resources,optimize investment decisions and other strategies,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of the profit model of animation enterprises.
