Study On Optimization Of Profit Model Of Caesar Culture Under Pan-Entertainment Strategy

In recent years,with the introduction of the concept of pan-entertainment,more and more cultural and entertainment companies have started pan-entertainment layout.The concept layout of "Internet + cultural and entertainment" has gradually been adopted by major entertainment enterprises and actively carried out relevant layout.The concept of "pan-entertainment" strategy usually refers to the new interactive entertainment ecology that includes and runs through many culture-related fields such as games,music,literature,film and television,and games.As pan-entertainment strategy has the advantages of integrating resources,forming synergistic effect and improving corporate profits,there are many new cultural entertainment companies with pan-entertainment layout in recent years.With IP as the core,they develop and excavate around IP value in order to realize the multiple value of their products.In this context,this paper selects Caesar Culture Company,which has transformed into a cultural and entertainment company and carried out pan-entertainment layout in recent years,as a typical enterprise to analyze the profit model.First of all,starting from the concept of pan-entertainment layout and profit model,briefly introduces the profit model element theory based on the four-factor analysis,and analyzes the factors of Caesar culture under the pan-entertainment layout.Secondly,in the case analysis,the financial and non-financial analysis of Caesar Culture under the pan-entertainment strategy is carried out,and the deficiencies of Caesar culture profit model under the pan-entertainment strategy are pointed out.Finally,the improvement suggestions are given for the problems.Through the strategic layout and core business,it is expected to promote the IP value,continue to optimize the profit model,thus driving the improvement of profitability,and ultimately promote the sustainable profit and high-quality development of Caesar culture.
