Population Data Analysis In Yunnan Province And Its Application In Land And Space Planning

As the basic condition of social and economic development,population activities are closely related to urban economy,transportation,environment,medical treatment,education,etc.The development model of land and space planning has been transformed into a high-quality,comprehensive and sustainable development that puts people first,attaches equal importance to growth and storage with new forms and new requirements,such as the reform of the space planning mechanism,the guiding ideology,the establishment and approval system,the regulation and policy system,and the adjustment of the supervision system.Therefore,one of the important methods to optimize the land space planning in the new period is to construct the people-oriented planning principle and application system.The main application fields of population activities research include GIS,urban geography,human geography and time geography,etc.By analyzing the population statistical yearbook and population density change data of Yunnan Province,it is found that the 16 cities population growth trend in Yunnan Province during the 20 years from2000 to 2019.According to cell phone signaling data,found the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of population.According to the basic population data in previous years,the future population number and structure growth trend are predicted.At the same time,the current situation of land use,per capital construction land and population distribution in functional areas of Yunnan Province are analyzed based on population data,so as to provide support for the compilation system of territorial space planning of Yunnan Province.The research results show that:(1)The population of Yunnan Province is growing fast and has basically realized the transition from a high birth rate,low death rate and high natural growth rate to a modern type of population reproduction with low birth rate,low death rate and low natural growth rate.The overall population of the young shows a downward trend,the proportion of the working population shows an overall growth trend,and the proportion of the elderly is becoming larger and larger.The population of each city as a whole shows a steady trend of rise;The areas with higher population density are distributed in the central and eastern cities,and the whole population concentration is lower.(2)Changes in the number of people in a day show obvious changes in peaks and troughs on the whole;The change of daily population flow in the same city is relatively stable,and the more concentrated in the city,the more obvious the change in population the day and night.The areas with pronounced population regional agglomeration are in central Yunnan.In northwest Yunnan,northeast Yunnan and west Yunnan is in a low degree of aggregation,and the economic development of the cities is relatively advanced with higher population agglomeration degree.Through the analysis of hot spots in each city,it is found that the spacial distribution of population,economy and resources environment is not balanced in Yunnan Province,the degree of economic agglomeration is high,but the population lives in scattered,more and more people gathered in the large and medium-sized cities in the dam area.(3)It is predicted that the population of Yunnan Province will exceed 50 million by2023 and 55 million by 2032.The natural growth rate of population will keep a slow growth trend,and will gradually flatten out in 2035 and show a slight decline trend in2035.According to the male population forecast,the female population will exceed 25 million in 2026,and is expected to equal and surpass the male population around 2028.The population of the elderly and young adults increased by a similar amount,while the population of young adults decreased;By 2035,the overall population of Yunnan Province will be a growth model.The dependency ratio of the elderly population shows an increasing trend,which reflects that the aging level of the population is constantly improving.The number of urban population shows a relatively stable rising trend.It is predicted that the proportion of urban population will exceed 50% in 2020 and exceed60% in 2028.(4)Using Pearson correlation coefficient to test the correlation between each influencing of 16 cities and the change of built-up area,and it was found that among all the influencing factors,population density had the most significant influence on the built-up area.According to the per capita urban construction land scale,the climate zoning of the city and the planned per capita urban construction land index,the per capita urban construction land scale of each city is determined comprehensively,and the per capita construction land area standard is formulated and implemented.(5)The population concentration in key development zones is the highest,gradually forming a development trend with central Yunnan city group as the core,northeast Yunnan city group,northwest Yunnan City group,West Yunnan city group,southwest Yunnan city group and Southeast Yunnan city group as the key.The population distribution in some areas of restricted development zones is relatively dispersed,so the population quantity and distribution should be adjusted effectively in combination with the population development policy of restricted development zones.In most areas of the prohibited development zones,there are no residents anymore.However,in order to minimize the damage and disturbance caused by human beings to the nature reserve,further detailed investigation should be carried out to guide the residents still living in the area and encourage them to move into the key development zone.
