| Our government develops biotechnology industry rapidly,promotes biotechnology actively,and increases the proportion of biotechnology in the national economy,which makes our biotechnology industry enter the growth period.With the change of people’s living standards and consumption concepts,green environmental protection has become a fashion,and the promotion and application of government organic fertilizer have improved the comprehensive utilization of resources.In this paper,H biotech company is taken as the research object,guided by the theory of enterprise strategic management,the macro environment and industry environment of H biotech company are fully analyzed by pest and Porter five force model,and it is determined that the external environment opportunities faced by H biotech company are greater than the threats and have development ability.Secondly,it analyzes the resources and ability conditions of the enterprise itself,and determines that the internal environment of the enterprise is better,and it has the ability to play the advantages of the enterprise in its business activities.Then according to the SWOT matrix,the internal and external environment is comprehensively analyzed,and the so strategy is formulated,that is,under the linkage of national policies and insurance companies,the quantity of raw materials is increased;the enterprise funds are used to develop new equipment and technology;the customer base is increased and the sales channels are expanded;and the existing assets of the enterprise are used to undertake harmless projects.Based on the overall strategic objectives of the company,H biotechnology company actively expanded to the whole country on the basis of maintaining harmless projects in Shandong Province.Using QSPM matrix,H enterprise strategy is defined as differentiation strategy.Then,the enterprise strategy is implemented from six specific aspects: shaping unique brand and corporate image,expanding sales channels,innovating products,technology and equipment,thoughtful service,establishing customer credit system,raw material procurement and collection platform.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,it mainly analyzes from nine aspects: flat organizational structure,construction of human resource system and talent reserve,training of corporate culture,innovation of products,equipment and technology,preparation of budget system and strengtheningof financial management,safe production,expansion of market and marketing,and implementation of enterprise system.Through the implementation of the strategy,on the one hand,H company integrates the enterprise resources,improves the organizational structure,and gives full play to the role of all functional departments;on the other hand,it always takes actions against the dynamic industry environment and competitors,so that the enterprise can implement the strategic actions in an orderly manner and strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise in the industry. |
