Corporate culture is the summation of corporate values and codes of conduct,which are formed in the business activities of a specific enterprise to influence the thinking and action modes of its internal members.Enterprise culture is one of the core forces for modern enterprises to participate in market competition.It reflects the characteristics of enterprise organization,production,operation and management as well as its internal cohesion and external competitiveness through enterprise organization,production,management and product service.Corporate culture can help an enterprise to form a unique and rich connotation of the enterprise spirit and value vision,change the way of information communication,innovate the management strategy,create a more harmonious enterprise atmosphere,maximize the potential of the enterprise members.In modern enterprise management activities,people pay more and more attention to the role of enterprise culture in the development of enterprises,and have made some achievements in the study of enterprise culture,but the study of enterprise culture is still in the stage of perfection.Since China joined the WTO in 2001,China has become the second largest economy in the world,and its economic and trade exchanges with other countries have become more frequent.In particular,the economic and trade exchanges between China and the rok have become more in-depth and extensive.China and the rok have made gratifying achievements in politics,economy,science,technology and culture.At present,China has become the largest trading partner of the rok,while the rok has become China’s third largest trading partner,the first importing country and the fourth largest exporting country.In the future,China and South Korea will face more opportunities and challenges,especially in transnational operation and management,China and South Korea,though with the influence of "Confucian culture",but in the national culture,ethics,history development course is different,so the China and SouthKorea enterprise in business and management exist certain differences.From the perspective of corporate culture,this paper makes a comparative analysis of corporate culture in China and South Korea,and discusses the essence and benefits of corporate culture construction in China and South Korea,so as to provide some help and reference for Chinese corporate culture construction and transnational operation and management.Based on the study of Dutch psychologist geert hofstede’s cross-cultural management theory,this paper takes Chinese company C and Korean company K as examples,from the perspective of individualism in corporate culture,Power distance,uncertainty avoidance,male,long-term orientation of five dimensions,and enterprise staff overall identity of enterprise culture and so on to do the questionnaire,first of all to recycling effective questionnaire from two aspects: the reliability and validity of illustrate the validity and reliability of the questionnaire,the calculation of five dimensions of the questionnaire and enterprise staff identity score for corporate culture as a whole,the difference between two companies,again at two of the five dimensions and enterprise employees to the enterprise culture as a whole identity do correlation analysis and regression analysis,draw the conclusion: When considering the influence of only one factor on corporate cultural identity,the influence of the two enterprise’s male dimension on corporate cultural identity is the largest,and the south Korean enterprise K is obviously larger than the Chinese enterprise C,while the influence of the long-term orientation dimension on corporate cultural identity is the smallest.When considering the five factors for corporate identity at the same time,the masculine dimension and the long-term orientation dimension have a significant impact on corporate cultural identity when other factors remain unchanged.
