In this experiment,the extract of Inonotus obliquus from Sichuan Lansheng Biotechnology Co.,Ltd was used as the raw material to conduct in vitro and in vivo antioxidant tests to determine the antioxidant function of the extract.This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of various products based on the extracts of P.obfuscata,and helps to determine the direction of development,and more effectively help to improve a series of side effects caused by oxidative damage of human body.By choosing vitamin C as the control,the scavenging ability of vitamin C and the extract of P.obliquus on free radicals and the total reducing ability were tested to complete the in vitro antioxidant test.With vitamin C as the control,the activity and content of antioxidant related active substances in vivo were determined to complete the antioxidant test in vivo.Finally,the antioxidant activity and antioxidant capacity of the extract were determined.CONCLUSIONS: 1.The extracts of P.obutus have certain antioxidant capacity,and the antioxidant capacity increases with the concentration increasing in the range of0.05-0.30 mg/m L.2.The extract of fo can increase the oxidation resistance,in the improved model of oxidative damage in mice signs,the protection of each organ tissues from free radical,delay the aging of different organs,and giving play to the role of oxidation damage and help maintain oxidative damage mice organs and tissues of normal metabolism and function,better against the outside world and its oxidative damage.Among them,the thymus and brain tissue of the protection effect is the most significant.3.The extract can help oxidative damage mice to complete the normal growth and weight gain process,improve the degree of aging,and maintain their normal life state and mental outlook.4.The extracts can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),antioxidant enzymes(GSH-Px enzyme,SOD enzyme),antioxidant substances(GSH)content and activity in the body,and help mice complete free radical scavenging,protect the normal growth and metabolism of cells,etc.5.The extract can remove free radicals in the body,avoid the accumulation of protein oxidation products protein carbonyl and lipid oxidation products malondialdehyde and protect the body from damage.
