| With the development of prefabricated construction,dual mode structure of concrete demand is higher,and the concrete as one of the necessary material in the project,but in the mass concrete casting,the structure of the fabricated connection,fiberglass rod new concrete structure design etc.There are still many problems to be solved in,study the basic mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete and its application in the modular twomode structure has a certain significance.In this paper,0%,10%,20%,30%,40% of the amount of powder ash is used to study the pressure strength of self-tight concrete,and found that when the amount of powder ash is 20%,the pressure strength of concrete test block is optimal,in the maintenance of concrete test block 28 d,the pressure strength of concrete reaches 52.35 MPa,in the maintenance of 60 d,the pressure strength of concrete is 59.9MPa.Based on the addition of 20% powdered ash,the nano-silicon dioxide with 0%,0.5%,1%,1.5% and 2% of the doping was selected to study the effect of nano-silicon dioxide doping on the pressure resistance strength of concrete test blocks,and the test results showed that 1 was added to concrete.At 5% nanosilicon dioxide,the pressure resistance strength of concrete is optimal,the pressure resistance strength of concrete is 59.56 MPa at 28 d,and the pressure resistance strength of concrete is 68.07 MPa when concrete is maintained 60 d.At the same time,when studying the above five kinds of powder ash doping,the pull strength is related to the mixing of powder ash,in the concrete maintenance 28 d,when 20% of the ash is added,the concrete pull strength is optimal,the pull strength is 5.03MPa;On the basis of 20% powdered ash,the above five amounts of nano-silicon dioxide were added,and it was found that when 1.5% nano-silicon dioxide was added to the maintenance of the concrete test block,the concrete pull-resistant strength was optimal and the pull-resistant strength was 5.80 MPa.In the study of self-compact concrete-glass fiber rod holding force factors,it is found that the concrete-glass fiber rod structure grip holding force factors are: the strength of concrete pressure resistance,glass fiber rod depth and glass fiber rod diameter.And the grip force is positively related to the above factors,and the calculation formula of self-compact concrete-glass fiber rod structure grip force is derived. |
