| In recent years,the LNG industry has developed extremely rapidly.Rail transportation is the most economical and efficient transportation method for LNG To this end,a company of CRRC has developed a LNG storage tank for railway transportation.In order to ensure the safety of LNG railway transportation,it’s necessary to set an LNG tank container working condition acquisition device on the LNG storage tank for railway transportation,and collect working condition data centrally through a wireless network to monitor the LNG storage tank in real time.This paper analyzes the domestic and international development status of the key technologies of the subject in detail.Based on the actual situation of LNG railway transportation,this paper researches and designs the LNG storage tank truck working condition parameter monitoring system.The monitoring system consists of three parts: working condition acquisition system,wireless communication network and centralized monitoring platform.Among them,the working condition acquisition system completes the collection of working condition information and LoRa wireless communication with the vehicle monitoring platform.The monitoring platform software is based on the C# language and uses a modular design to implement data communication,data reading and verification,and database query and storage functions.The on-board monitoring platform is based on a cellular mobile network and uses cloud service technology to transmit information data to the manufacturer’s remote monitoring center to achieve information management of the entire system.In order to ensure the safety of railway transportation of LNG storage tanks,a leak prediction model for LNG storage tanks is designed in this paper.According to the calculation formula and experiments of the evaporation rate of LNG storage tank trucks,the correspondence between evaporation rate and pressure in the tank under the same conditions is obtained.The leakage prediction based on the evaporation rate is converted into the leakage prediction based on the pressure.A pressure prediction model for LNG storage tanks was established.Testing the entire system,including wireless communication test,software function test,and leak prediction model test,initially confirmed the system’s reliability,and provided a technical solution for the safe transportation guarantee of LNG storage tanks. |
