| The rapid development of mine power grid enterprises bene fits from the application of mine advanced technology and equipment,which is not only a necessary condition for mine safety production,but also a decisive factor to realize mine safety production.The power supply system of super large metal mines has th e characteristics of changeable operation conditions,various output parameters and complex power supply network.The existing methods have low timeliness and poor accuracy,which brings great hidden dangers to the safety production of large metal mines.As the power grid ushers in a new era,‘smart grid’,a new concept in line with the development of the times,has been put forward by many scholars.As a new technology and direction,intelligent substation can realize optimal dispatching of power and energ y and operation and maintenance monitoring.And its advanced level not only reflects the development level of power grid system,but also seriously determines the development level of power grid system.The stable operation and development of a mine power grid is inseparable from intelligent facilities such as monitoring equipment,data acquisition equipment and analysis equipment.With these advanced equipment,the mine power grid operation and maintenance personnel can monitor the operation status in real time and deal with it in time according to the fault information,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of production.Therefore,the remote control cockpit system of mine substation is particularly important.In recent years,with the continuous innovation of technology,new requirements have been put forward for the automatic production of metal mines.Mining enterprises have carried out in-depth research on the condition based maintenance of substations and the realization of unattended substati ons.Through the combination of hardware and software,the substation cockpit system forms a comprehensive management service platform that can realize information interaction,optimal dispatching and fault monitoring.The platform monitors the production status of the mine,so as to ensure the economic operation and safety monitoring of the whole mine.Therefore,based on the relevant technologies of the substation cockpit,this paper focuses on the control functions of the substation cockpit in the substation protection and control system and equipment operation and maintenance,and carries out the specific design and implementation in combination with the Dahongshan Mine Substation.The main research work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of imper fect monitoring and preventive measures and incomplete information collected in the existing mine substation,taking the substation cockpit technology and the standardized technology of data sharing as the basic premise,build the technical system of panor amic information perception platform for Dahongshan Mine Substation,and design data acquisition,data management and communication standards,Fully open up all links in the construction of panoramic information perception platform.(2)According to the cu rrent situation of Dahongshan Mining substation system and the overall layout concept of Dahongshan Mining Operation cockpit system,the cockpit system architecture,network design and hardware design of mining substation are studied.It also discusses the interface interaction information between the operation cockpit server and the monitoring platform,operation and maintenance platform and driving platform,realizes online intelligent monitoring,and has foresight and expansibility in hardware design.(3)It is required to realize the intelligent development of substation operation cockpit operation and maintenance,monitoring,communication and decision-making.Fully integrate the existing resources in the station,build a panoramic information integration platform,and realize advanced intelligent applications such as intelligent alarm and online analysis and decision-making.Compared with conventional integrated automation substation and traditional intelligent substation,the superiority of the proposed mine substation cockpit system platform is verified. |
