The development of the new generation of Internet of things technology and the integration of traditional construction engineering industry promote the emergence of "smart site",that is,the integration of Internet of things technology in engineering construction,through the unified visual supervision platform,realize the fine management of engineering construction,improve the information level of Engineering Management,so as to gradually realize green construction and ecological construction.In the field of high-speed railway,the maintenance of precast concrete box girder is of great significance for the control of concrete quality.Generally speaking,the application level of Internet of things technology in the field of precast concrete box girder construction in China is not high compared with other fields1)The spray curing process of precast concrete box girder is deeply investigated,and the development status of the curing technology of precast concrete box girder is analyzed.The existing problems in the curing process are found.The representative 32 m precast girder is selected,and the 3D modeling of Solid Works is used for in-depth research.2)Based on the analysis of the existing software architecture,the function of the server and the function of the sprinkler system,the paper gives the design of the system from five aspects.3)This paper focuses on the difficulty of the system-the layout of the temperature sensor in the concrete core,deduces the cement hydration heat model,analyzes the temperature field of the precast concrete box girder by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software,and determines the location of the temperature sensor in the concrete core according to the cloud image of the simulation results.4)The hardware part includes the overall scheme of the hardware system,the selection of hardware equipment and the design of PLC program;the software part includes the design of system software function module,the overall scheme of software,the design of database and the formulation of spray control strategy.Finally,the development of the system is completed by using java language.The research of this topic can provide an overall solution for the precast beam intelligent spray curing work,effectively improve the enterprise information management level,and has a certain application and promotion value.
