Under the background of "double carbon" goal,clean and efficient development of the coal industry is required,and increasing the proportion of coal selected has become a trend.The goal of "Made in China 2025" also puts forward requirements for the intelligent development of coal preparation industry.With the trend of increasing the coal washing proportion,the air separation method of coal depowder before washing has more advantages than the screening method for coal fine grade classification,which makes up for the shortcomings of the screening method and has broad space for development.Therefore,this thesis takes the air classification process of coal depowder before washing as the object,uses the Internet of Things technology and cloud platform technology,and designs the remote control system based on the Internet of Things cloud platform on the basis of the design of air classification automatic control system.This thesis first makes the overall analysis and design of the system.The principle and process flow of air classification are analyzed,the factors affecting the efficiency of classification are analyzed,the control requirements of automatic control system are obtained,and the structure of remote control and operation and maintenance system is analyzed and designed.Then the hardware design of the whole system is carried out.The moisture sensor,flowmeter and monitoring camera in the data acquisition layer are analyzed and selected.The frequency converter and PLC controller of the controller layer are analyzed,selected and designed.The equipment and cloud platform of network transmission and remote operation and maintenance layer are analyzed and selected.Focus on the design of the software part of the system.Firstly,the PLC sequence control system and the analog process control system are designed.The analog process control system includes the open-loop function control of the flow set value and the closed-loop PID control of the flow,and the complete PLC control program is written.Then,based on PLC control system,the cloud platform remote control and operation and maintenance system is designed,including equipment access and communication design,variable addition and setting and configuration page design.Finally,the remote control system of the air classifier based on the Internet of things cloud platform was tested and debug,including software and hardware debugging,remote control equipment,remote update of PLC program and other system use tests.It is determined that the system is easy to use,safe and stable. |
