Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform To Study The TCM Syndrome Types And Medication Rules Of Chronic Aplastic Anemia (medullary Fatigue)

Objective: To study the TCM syndrome types and medication rules of chronic aplastic anemia with the purpose of summarizing experience rules,and to provide data support for clinical syndrome differentiation and medication.To provide some references for clinical syndrome differentiation and TCM guidelines of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:We choosed the literature based on the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,then extracted the TCM syndrome types,specific Chinese medicines,and treatment methods in the literature.We established the data of the TCM syndrome types and medications of aplastic anemia in Excel,and then entered them into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform.Finally,we analyzed the syndrome types and medication rules through Statistical Report and Data Analysis in the platform.Results:The viscera syndrome differentiation is mainly used in differentiating syndrome types of chronic myelopathy.The syndrome types of chronic myelopathy mainly include kidney yin deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,kidney yang deficiency.Astragalus,Angelica,Rehmannia glutinosa,Rehmannia glutinosa,Atractylodes macrocephala,Lycium barbarum,Cuscuta,Roasted licorice,Dogwood,Poria are sorted in order.The main meridian is kidney,spleen,heart,liver.Astragalus-Angelica,Rehmannia-Angelica-Angelia.Codonopsis-Astragalusare frequentltly used.Potential new prescriptions require careful consideration before they can be applied to the clinic practice.Conclusion:The disease locations of chronic myelopathy are kidney,spleen,heart,and liver.The nature of CAA is deficiency,but it is often combined with heat and blood stasis.The most commonly used Chinese medicine is tonic.According to the specific syndrome types,there will be additions and subtractions for clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The main treatment is to invigorate the kidney to produce marrow,and to nourish qi and blood.Traditional Chinese medicine has a definite effect on chronic myelopathy.However,attention should be paid to syndrome differentiation in clinical practice.The treatment should be suitable for the individual,and syndrome types should not be used blindly.
