Clinical Observation Of Tangshenkang Capsule In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Due To Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tangshenkang Capsule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with Qi-Yin deficiency and stasis type.Method: Select the outpatient and inpatient department of diabetes in the Second Chinese and Western Integrated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to March 2019.Patients.60 eligible subjects who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into a control group and an observation group of30 cases by random number table according to the order of visits.All patients were given basic treatment such as regular diet and appropriate exercise.Irbesartan tablets were used for basic treatment.The observation group was combined with Tangshenkang capsules on the basis of the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment in both groups,compared two groups of curative effect,,three routines,liver and kidney function,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,urine trace albumin/creatinine(ACR),24-hour urinary protein quantification,and cystatin C(Cys C).Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of indicators before treatment between the two groups(P> 0.05).After treatment,FPG,2h PG,and Hb A1 c all improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05);the urine microalbumin / creatinine(ACR),24-hour urine protein quantification,and cystic inhibition Comparison of indicators such as C(Cys C)The statistical significance(P> 0.05),the difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).The quality of life evaluation scores between the two groups were significantly higher than before the treatment,and the observation group Better than the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the total effective rate of patients in the control group after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion: Qi and Yin Deficiency and Stasis Type Early Diabetic Nephropathy Patients treated with Tangshenkang capsules have significant clinical effects.On the premise of maintaining the ideal blood glucose of patients,they can delay renal damage,improve urine microalbumin / creatinine(ACR)and 24-hour urine protein quantitative results,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improving the prognosis of patients with diseases,clinical curative effect is higher than the basic treatment of western medicine.
