Clinical Observation Of Zhang's Huoxue Zhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Residual Pain After Lumbar Disc Herniation (blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhang's huoxue Zhitong Fang on residual pain after operation of Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(syndrome of blood stasis).Methods: A total of 60 patients with blood stasis syndrome of lumbar disc herniation and residual pain after Lumbar discectomy in spine surgery from January 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method.Group A(Treatment Group)30 cases were treated with Zhang's huoxue Zhitong Fang,and Group B(Control Group)30 cases were treated with Yuxuebi capsule.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks,and then the clinical effects were compared.Results: The marked effective rate was 60% and the effective rate was 40%in the treatment group.The marked effective rate was 56.7% and the effective rate was 43.3% in the control group.The total effective rate of both groups was 100%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared.No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and the Control Group.Conclusion: Zhang's huoxue Zhitong Fang has obvious effect on residual pain after operation of lumbar disc protrusion(syndrome of blood stasis).
