Clinical Observation Of Bushen Yangxue Recipe In The Treatment Of Oligomenorrhea Due To Kidney Deficiency And Blood Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and blood deficiency.Methods: 72 patients with hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and blood deficiency were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was given dingkundan orally,while the observation group was given Bushen Yangxue decoction.After 3 menstrual cycles,the menstrual volume,blood loss map score,endometrial thickness,serum basic hormone,TCM symptom score and total effective rate of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the adverse reaction events were counted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:(1)After treatment,the menstrual volume,blood loss map score and endometrial thickness of the two groups increased,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the E2 levels of the two groups were increased,the FSH levels of the two groups were decreased,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in LH between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than 81.82% of the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion:Bushen Yangxue recipe can improve menstrual volume,blood loss map score,endometrial thickness,sex hormone level,thus increasing menstrual volume;Bushen Yangxue recipe can effectively improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood deficiency in patients with hypomenorrhea.
