Objective: To obser ve the effect of Taohong Siyu Decoction on the coagulation function and the signaling pathway of PI3K(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase)/AKT(protein kinase B)/m TOR(mammalian target of rapamycin)after femoral arter y anastomosis in rabbits.Methods: Twenty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into blank control group,model control group,papavine hydrochloride injection group and Taohong Siwu decoction group by random number table method,with five rabbits in each group.The rabbits in the model control group,the papavine hydrochloride injection group and the Taohong Siwu decoction group were treated with the femoral artery simple intermittent end-to-end suture model.After the successful modeling,the Taohong Siwu decoction group was given the Taohong Siwu decoction,the Papaverine hydrochloride injection group was given intramuscular injection of Papaverine hydrochloride sodium chloride injection,while the model control group and the blank control group were given the same amount of normal salin.APT T(activated partial thromboplastin time),FIB(fibrinogen)and PI3K/AKT/m TOR concentrations were measured in aural venous blood samples from four groups of rabbits 30 min before operation and 1d,2d,3d and 7d after operation,respectively.Statistical analysis was conducted on the data of the four groups.Results:The FIB of the Taohong Siwu decoction group was lower than that of the model control group and papaverine hydrochloride injection group 1d-7d after operation(P<0.05);APT T of the Taohong Siwu decoction group was higher than that of the model control group 1d-7d after operation(P<0.05),higher than that of papavine hydrochloride injection group 2d-7d after operation(P<0.05).PI3 Kand ATK in the Taohong Siwu decoction group were all higher than those in the model control group 2d-7d after surgery(P<0.05);PI3K,AKT and m TOR in the Taohong Siwu decoction group were all higher than those in the model control group and the Papaverine hydrochloride injection group 3d-7d after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Taohong Siwu decoction group can prevent thrombosis by improving the coagulation function,and can also stimulate angiogenesis and promote the repairing and healing of recanalization vessels,which is conducive to the effective increase of survival rate after replantation by activating the PI3K/Akt/m TOR signaling pathway after femoral artery anastomosis.
