To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Shenlingbaizhu Powder (Soup) And Shiwei In Treating With Chronic Nephritis Spleen Qi-deficiency Syndrome

Objective:This topic takes treatment based on syndrome differentiation as the guiding ideology, studying and inheriting the clinical experience of the old and famous doctor who is worked in traditional Chinese medicine. with traditional Chinese medicine Shenlingbaizhu powder (soup) and Shiwei treating chronic glomerulonephritis.(chronic nephritis) observation the clinical efficacy of Shenlingbaizhu powder (soup) and shiwei on chronic nephritis spleen qi-deficiency syndrome and to explore its mechanism, to improve the clinical level of treatment for chronic nephritis.Methods:48patients met the inclusion criteria of chronic nephritis patients with spleen qi deficiency syndrome, were randomly divided into24cases in A group,24cases in B group, A group with basic treatment+Shenlingbaizhu powder (soup) and Shiwei therapy, group B with basic treatment+Shenlingbaizhu powder (soup) treatment, treatment for2months. Observation of clinical symptoms, urinary protein qualitative, quantitative measurement of24hours urinary protein, renal function, serum albumin, and other indicators of efficacy and safety of index change. After treatment for2months, the ineffective patients is considered to add tripterygium glycosides and hormone.Results:the curative effect of disease:A group and B group all can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic nephritis, A group total effective rate was79.17%, Total effective rate of B was66.67%, Effect of A group was higher than that in B group, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Effect of A syndrome:total effective rate was79.17%in B group, the total efficiency of83.33%, two groups had no significant difference, without statistical significance (P>0.05). Laboratory indicators:two groups were lower in patients with urine protein, urine protein excretion, improve renal function, increase serum albumin. In increasing serum albumin two groups had no significant difference. But in improving hematuria group A curative effect is better, the B group is poor efficacy, there is a significant difference between the two groups. Safety index: Most patients during medication period without obvious adverse reaction, with individual patients in group A after taking stomachache, nausea, human excrement to hog and discomfort, but the symptoms were improved after the reduction of Pyrrosia lingua.Conclusion:Shenlingbaizhu powder (soup) and Shiwei treating chronic nephritis can significantly reduce the spleen deficiency syndrome patients with proteinuria, hematuria; increase the plasma albumin, improve renal function. Shenlingbaizhusan can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with spleen deficiency. treatment based on syndrome differentiation combining with experience of famous doctor who is worked in traditional Chinese medicine can better improve the curative effect of chronic nephritis patients.
