| Objective: To summarize the clinical spectrum of diseases in five-shu acupoints of pericardium meridians through ancient literature.Methods: Searching Chinese ancient medical books about the governance diseases of PC9,PC8,PC7,PC5,PC3 to summarize and establish a database.Results:1.The PC9 was finnaly included in 463 articles related to the indications of diseases,287 articles related to the indications of single acupoint and 176 articles related to compatibility.There are 146 articles on acupuncture and moxibustion methods.The disease spectrum includes respiratory,cardiovascular,nervous,skin,digestive,bone and joint,pediatric,facial and other multi system diseases.There are four kinds of acupuncture and moxibustion methods,most of which are pricking blood therapy.2.The PC8 was finally included in 900 articles,478 articles about single acupoint indications,422 articles about compatibility indications and 362 articles about acupuncture,moxibustion and massage methods.The disease spectrum includes nervous,cardiovascular,respiratory,skin,digestion,bone and joint,pediatrics,facial features,gynecology,surgery,endocrinology,urology and other systemic diseases.There are six kinds of acupuncture and moxibustion methods,most of which are moxibustion methods.3.A total of 665 articles were finally included in PC7 acupoint,including 365 articles on single acupoint indications,300 articles on compatibility indications and 160 articles on acupuncture,moxibustion and massage methods.The disease spectrum involves nervous,cardiovascular,respiratory,skin,digestion,bone and joint,pediatrics,facial features,gynecology,surgery,endocrine,urology and other systemic diseases.There are four kinds of acupuncture moxibustion methods,most of which are moxibustion.4.PC5 was finally included in 741 articles.There were 386 articles related to single acupoint indications,355 articles related to compatibility indications,and 379 articles related to acupuncture and moxibustion methods.The disease spectrum includes nervous,cardiovascular,respiratory,skin,digestive,bone and joint,pediatrics,facial features,gynecology,surgery,endocrinology,Urology,etc.There are four kinds of acupuncture and moxibustion methods,among which moxibustion is the most frequently used.5.A total of 554 articles were finally included in PC3,460 articles related to the indications of single point,94 articles on compatibility and application,and 71 articles on acupuncture,moxibustion and massage methods.The disease spectrum includesincluding respiratory,digestive,cardiovascular,nerve,skin and other disciplines.There are five kinds of acupuncture moxibustion methods.6.There are six same kinds of diseases can be treated by five-shu acupoints of pericardium meridian: nervous system and mental diseases,digestive system diseases,cardiovascular diseases,five sense organs diseases,musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases,endocrine diseases.Conclusion:1.The most frequent indications of single point and matching point of PC9 are nervous system and mental disorders,which mainly reflects the special indications of acupoints and has a high frequency of application for five sense organ heat disorders and pediatric diseases.The acupuncture and moxibustion methods of PC9 is mainly blood pricking therapy.2.The single point of PC8 has the highest frequency of indications for digestive system diseases,and the matching points have the highest frequency of indications for nervous system and mental diseases.It has a high frequency of application for some facial and oral diseases,surgical skin sores and other diseases.And the main application method of PC8 is moxibustion.3.The most frequent indications of single point and matching point of PC7 are cardiovascular diseases,followed by nervous system and mental diseases.The main application method of PC7 is moxibustion.4.The most frequent indications of single point and matching point of PC5 are nervous system and mental diseases,cardiovascular disease and digestive system disease.The main application method of PC5 is moxibustion.5.PC3 has a wide range of indications,the highest frequency of single point is respiratory diseases,and the highest frequency of matching points is cardiovascular diseases,which reflects the application law of syndrome differentiation and meridian based indications,and has obvious near therapeutic effect on upper limb bone and joint diseases.The main application method of PC3 is acupuncture.6.The indications of Five-Shu Points of pericardium meridians have certain commonness.Nervous system and mental diseases,digestive system diseases and cardiovascular diseases are the high-frequency indications.PC9 has high application for hand heat,body heat and other heat diseases and sweat syndrome.PC8 has partial indications for facial symptoms.PC7 and PC5 are better at treating digestive system diseases.PC5 also has indications for gynecology and pediatrics diseases,while PC3 is the best at treating respiratory system diseases. |
