Research On The Application Rules Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion Therapy For Lumbar Disc Herniation Based On The Analysis Of Modern Literature

Objective: Through the research and analysis of modern related literature,the application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is discussed,in order to provide reference and reference for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods: From the establishment of the database to December 31,2021,the modern journal clinical research literature on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy officially published in CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database and other databases was searched,and then according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,Standardized entry and arrangement of eligible literature data.Firstly,a literature database was established by using Excel table,and the basic information of the literature that conformed to the standard was extracted and managed.IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 software was used to conduct frequency statistics and cluster analysis on the data of acupoints,meridians and collaterals in the literature,and IBM SPSS Modeler 15.0 software was used.Perform association rule analysis on acupoints.Finally,the statistical results are listed in the form of tables,histograms and other charts to intuitively reflect the characteristics of each data.Results:1.Statistical results of acupuncture prescriptions: A total of 1175 acupuncture prescriptions were included in the database of acupuncture therapyfor lumbar disc herniation.2.Statistical results of acupuncture methods,acupoint selection,and frequency of the meridians to which the acupoints belong:(1)The most common treatment method for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was acupuncture combined with moxibustion(191 times),and the single most commonly used treatment method was warm acupuncture(135 times).The most frequently used combination of the three methods is acupuncture + moxibustion + massage(111 times);(2)a total of 164 acupoints were taken,and the total frequency of acupoints reached 9962 times.The 37 acupoints with frequency ≥30 times and their rankings are as follows :Weizhong(BL40),Huantiao(GB30),Yanglingquan(GB34),Yaojiaji(EX-B2),Shenshu(BL23),Kunlun(BL60),Dachangshu(BL25),Chengshan(BL57),Zhibian(BL54),Ashixue,Xuanzhong(GB39),Yaoyangguan(DU3),Chengfu(BL36),Fengshi(GB31),Zusanli(ST36),Yinmen(BL37),mingmen(DU4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Qihaishu(BL24),Ciliao(BL32),Weiyang(BL39),Xuehai(SP10),Geshu(BL17),Houxi(SI3),Yinlingquan(SP9),Yaoyan(EX-B7),Feiyang(BL58),Taichong(LR3),Guanyuan(RN4),Qiuxu(GB40),Qihai(PN6),Yaoshu(DU2),Shuigou(DN26)and Zulinqi(GB41);(3)The top 3 meridians in terms of frequency are Bladder Meridian,Gallbladder Meridian,and extra-meridian acupoints.3.Results of high-frequency acupoint association rules: A total of 11 acupoint association groups with support ≥40% and confidence 80% were obtained,specifically: Weizhong(BL40)-Huantiao(GB30);Huantiao(GB30)-Yanglingquan(GB34);Weizhong(BL40)-Yanglingquan(GB34);Huantiao(GB30)-Kunlun(BL60);Weizhong(BL40)-Kunlun(BL60);Weizhong(BL40)-Dachangshu(BL25);Yanglingquan(GB34),Huantiao(GB30)-Weizhong(BL40);Yanglingquan(GB34),Weizhong(BL40)-Huantiao(GB30);Yaojiajixue(EX-B2),Huantiao(GB30)-Weizhong(BL40);Yaojiajixue(EX-B2),Weizhong(BL40)-Huantiao(GB30);Shenshu(BL23),Huantiao(GB30)-Weizhong(BL40).Among them,Weizhong(BL40)-Huantiao(GB30)and Huantiao(GB30)-Yanglingquan(GB34)have the highest support and examples,and Weizhong(BL40),Huantiao(GB30)and Yanglingquan(GB34)are most closely related to Yaojiajixue(EX-B2).4.Results of cluster analysis of high-frequency acupoints: the acupoints were divided into 4 categories.The first category: Weizhong(BL40),Huantiao(GB30),Yanglingquan(GB34),Yaojiajixue(EX-B2);the second category: Ashixue,Mingmen,Yaoyangguan(DU3),Dachangshu(BL25),Shenshu(BL23);the third category: Zhibian(BL54),Chengshan(BL57),Kunlun(BL60),Zusanli(ST36),Yinmen(BL37),Chengfu(BL36),Fengshi(GB31),Xuanzhong(GB39);the fourth category: Guanyuan(RN4),Qihai(RN6),Shuigou(DU26),Houxi(SI3),Geshu(BL17),Qiuxu(GB40),Zulinqi(GB41),Feiyang(BL58),Yaoshu(DU2),Pangguangshu(BL28),Yaoyan(EX-B7),Ciliao(BL32),Xuehai(SP10),Yinlingquan(SP9),Taichong(LR3),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Taixi(KI3),Weiyang(BL39),Qihaishu(BL24),Guanyuanshu(BL26).Conclusions:1.In terms of specific treatment methods of acupuncture for lumbar disc herniation,the most commonly used method is acupuncture combined with moxibustion.2.In terms of the selection of meridians for acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the top three are the Bladder Meridian,Gallbladder meridian,and extra-extraordinary points,and the extra-extraordinary points are mainly Yaojiajixue(EX-B2).In terms of the selection of acupoints,the Yang meridian acupoints are the main points.The most commonly used acupoints are arranged in descending order: Weizhong(BL40),Huantiao(GB30),Yanglingquan(GB34),Yaojiajixue(EX-B2),Shenshu(BL23),Kunlun(BL60),Dachangshu(BL25),Chengshan(BL57),Zhibian(BL54),Ashixue,Xuanzhong(GB39),Yaoyangguan(DU3).In terms of acupoint compatibility,there are acupoint allocation methods such as this meridian allocation,local acupoint allocation,and upper and lower acupoint allocation.
