Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Tongbi Decoction In The Treatment Of Rheumatic Heart Disease Complicated With Heart Failure Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongbi Decoction on rheumatic heart disease complicated with heart failure type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:60 cases were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of basic data,such as gender and age.The control group was given routine treatment of digoxin,and the treatment group was given Yiqi Tongbi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.During the study,clinical manifestations,TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function grading,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),NT-proBNP and other data before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups to determine the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongbi Decoction.Results:The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function grade,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)NT-proBNP and other aspects(p<0.05).After treatment,the graded efficacy of heart function and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the observation.Conclusion:Yiqi Tongbi Decoction has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease complicated with heart failure type of qi deficiency and blood stasis than the control group treated with digoxin,and can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients without obvious adverse reactions.
