Clinical Observation Of Yangxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Heart Failure (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:This study to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of yangxin decoction on coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis),and to explore its clinical mechanism.Methods:50 patients with coronary heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis)were included in this experiment.To observe the changes of TCM syndromes in 50 cases before and after treatment,the level of cardiac function,BNP level and life quality.To evaluate its clinical efficacy and provide basis for clinical application.Results:1.The improvement of TCM syndromes:compared with before treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in patients after treatment decreased;TCM syndrome(P<0.05).2.Improvement of cardiac function efficacy:compared with before treatment,the cardiac function level of patients after treatment was improved(P<0.05).3.Improvement of quality of life:compared with before treatment,the quality of life of patients after treatment improved(P<0.05).4.Plasma BNP level improvement:plasma BNP level decreased after treatment compared with before treatment.(P<0.05),Conclusion:1.The treatment can improve the syndromes of patients with coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis).2.The treatment can improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis).3.The treatment can improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis).4.The treatment can reduce the plasma BNP level of patients with coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis).
