Clinical Observation Of Chaidi Decoction In The Treatment Of Menorrhagia With Deficiency Of Liver And Blood Stagnation

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of Chaidi Decoction in treating hypomenorrhea with liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome.During the research process,we collected the changes in menstrual volume and related curative effects of patients after three cycles of taking the medicine,and then judged the clinical effect and safety of this prescription,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the clinical use of Chaidi Decoction,and also provide reference for hypomenorrhea.Methods:Divided 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria into two groups using a random number table method.30 patients in the treatment group received Chaidi Decoction,and 30 patients in the control group received hormone sequential therapy.After 3 courses of intervention,the indicators(total efficacy,menstrual volume,endometrial thickness,uterine artery PI,RI,etc.)of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the changes of the indicators were obtained.Results:The statistical results showed that the two groups of patients were comparable in terms of age,course of disease,menstrual volume,quantitative integration of TCM syndromes,endometrial thickness,and uterine artery PI and RI(all P>0.05).1.The clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.3% and 70.0%,respectively.The statistical results showed that the difference was not significant(P>0.05).2.After the intervention with different methods,both menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the two groups had the same effect in increasing the menstrual volume and endometrial thickness(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the quantitative scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than before(P<0.01),and the symptoms of patients in the Chaidi Decoction treatment group were relieved more effectively(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the PI and RI of both uterine arteries in the Chaidi Decoction treatment group decreased,and the statistical results showed significant differences(P<0.01),while the hormone control group had little change(P>0.05).The effect of the Chaidi Decoction treatment group in improving PI and RI of uterine artery was more prominent(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of hypomenorrhea patients with liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome,the two treatment methods can play a therapeutic effect,the total effect of the two groups is equivalent.But for patients with clinical symptoms,the Chaidi Decoction treatment group has better treatment effect,and after the intervention of Chaidi Decoction,patients with lower uterine artery resistance,and the uterine artery blood flow is better.It can be seen that Chaidi Decoction has a certain clinical application value.
