Clinical Observation Of Sanjie Xiaoliu Recipe Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Patients With Advanced Triple-negative Breast Cancer

Objective:To investigate the Effect and security of Sanjie xiaoliu Recipe combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer.Methods:60 patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into TCM group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with at lowest 2 cycles of chemotherapy,while the TCM group was treated with Sanjie xiaoliu Recipe on the basis of control group.The TCM syndrome scoring,tumor size,serum tumor markers(cancer antigen 125[CA125],carcinoembryonic antigen[CEA],cancer antigen 153[CA153])and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients showed no statistical significance in the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before treatment,suggesting that the TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients before treatment showed no significant difference,and the results after treatment were comparable.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and that of the control group was 57.00%.The scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Both the treatment group and the control group could improve the TCM symptoms of patients.Comprehensive analysis,the treatment group of Chinese medicine symptom relief is more obvious than the control group,and the total effective rate is higher,so the treatment group is better.The total effective rate of treatment in the TCM group was 33.33%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 21.42%,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA125 and CA153 indicators are all down in two groups,with statistical significances(P<0.05).In CEA and CA153,The indexes of the TCM group decreased more obviously than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Comparison of quality of life,After treatment,the KPS of two groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),The degree of decline in the TCM group and the control group was compared,with statistical significances(P<0.05).conclusion:Sanjie Xiaoliu Recipe combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced triple-neg-ative breast cancer,which can improve objective response rate,reduce tumor markers,improve quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
